Bini Tattoo and Piercing Parlour

My piercer Sky was lovely, my lobe piercings were marked a bit unevenly but she fixed it well enough. It didn’t hurt more than a pinch. Since this was my first piercings i do wish they walk you through it more, such as explaining which earrings to choose because they just gave me a metal stud, but I don’t really mind. However, do beware of extremely long wait times on Tuesdays! We were told to wait 1.5-2 hours but waited close to 2.5 hours. They called us when it was our turn, so at least we got to hang around the area instead of waiting there the entire time.

Boyfriend and I took advantage of the Tuesday piercing price at $25/piercing this afternoon. The studio was incredibly clean and all of the needles/jewelry was opened in front of us. Our piercer was Vicc and we felt at ease and comfortable getting our piercings done with them. My boyfriend got his lobes pierced as his first piercings ever and he said the pain was minimal and they look great! I have multiple lobe piercings but have never had my cartilage pierced so I was very nervous to get my conch and flat. Vicc was super patient, answered all my questions and gave me time to collect myself before we started. I never felt rushed even with a line up forming out the studio door. Both piercings were very quick and didn’t hurt as much as I anticipated. Vicc was thorough walking us through aftercare and provided us with detailed cleaning instructions with their instagram handle at the bottom if we had any questions after leaving. Overall 10/10 experience, will be coming back for any future piercings. Special shout-out to the staff at the front desk who unfortunately had to deal with a rather difficult and aggressive client. All of the staff we interacted with apologized to us multiple times for the commotion even though it wasn’t their fault and I personally think they handled the situation gracefully and professionally.

Last week, I got an industrial piercing, and the piercer instructed me to return if the bar ever touched the inside of my ear. However, from the moment I got the piercing, the bar was already touching the inner part and causing significant pain. I assumed this was normal and didn't pay much attention to it. A week later, the inner part of my ear was still hurting, so I inspected it and discovered a large cut.I returned to the piercing studio immediately and explained the situation to the manager. Despite my piercer being present, the manager largely blamed me for the issue, suggesting that my hair down was the cause. I reminded them that my piercer had told me to come back if the bar ever touched the inner ear, and that they had offered to replace the jewelry for me for free. However, instead of accepting responsibility, the staff continued to blame me and suggested that I purchase different jewelry instead, even though they didn't have the type they recommended in stock. They also informed me that I would still have to pay for the replacement jewelry.I had concerns that my industrial piercing was misaligned, as it was positioned closer to my inner ear, causing the bar to touch and irritate the area. I sought second opinions from other piercing studios, and they confirmed that my suspicions were correct. They believed that the piercer had touched the needle to the inner ear, creating the cut and subsequent infection.Overall, I found the piercing studio to be extremely unprofessional and unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes. Despite having several piercings myself, the staff treated me as though I knew nothing about proper aftercare. Instead of acknowledging the misalignment issue and suggesting a simple solution, they blamed me and offered fancier jewelry as a replacement. Furthermore, they suggested that I was not properly cleaning and sanitizing my piercing, despite my diligent efforts. This was my first time experiencing an infection due to a piercing, and I believe it was 100% the piercer's fault due to their so-called professional technique" and the manager's lack of responsibility.I am hesitant to post a picture of my infected ear due to its appearance. However

Got my first tattoo today and had a great experience! Jasaña (@j.artandink on IG) was nice, easygoing, and patient. My friend and I both came with reference photos and vague ideas of what we wanted and I really loved how she took those ideas and took the time to create unique designs for us. Then we discussed possible alterations and different placements until we were 100% happy with it! The tattoo came out amazing. Would definitely recommend!

I went here for a naval piercing, very easy through an old closed hole didn’t even need to mark. she somehow pierced in front of it and when i called her out she told me it was in the same hole and gave me a dirty look like i was crazy. I have to now take out this piercing in risk of infection leaving an open wound. Not to mention i’m 18 and now will have two little holes for the rest of my life. When I called in they told me their piercers “try their best” and that they do not usually refund. Thank you bini tattoo. I originally went to the other location sweet people. Do not come here !

I loved getting my first tattoo here! They were super nice and Milo was super friendly and gentle during our session. I was a bit nervous and scared about getting tattooed but he was a huge help calming me down. I would highly recommend here!

I went for the $25 piercing on Tuesday and the staff are super friendly. Although the wait time was 1 hour it was totally worth it, plus there were many things to do around Yonge and eglinton to kill time. The piercer was super friendly and professional, as well made me feel comfortable. She also went through the aftercare properly. It has been a couple weeks now and it has healed very nicely. It was overall a great experience and I would definitely come back/ recommend this place!

Got both my ears pierced. Person who did it was great. Very thorough with placement. They practiced clean and sterile... practices? Needles, earrings, other cleaning swabs were open in front of me.

Liam did my tattoos last week. He was patient, friendly, very able and talented.. He helped me pick th best size for my arm. Haven't hurt this less when getting a tattoo in a long time! The place is large, brightly lit, professionally managed and very clean. None of the dingy dungeon" vibes here. Had a great experience! Will be returning for more appointments with Liam."

I went in for a double nostril piercing and when it got done it was bleeding for over 15 minutes (I'm talking dripping blood not just a little). i didnt think much of it so i went home. the piercings never healed correctly and I had to take both of them out even after trying to put in better jewelry. I'm not new to piercings as I have 14 already so it wasn't my after care or anything like that and even now I have tons of scar tissue around where the nose piercings use to be. I never had this issue with any other piercing I've had.
