As a Nanny I've had zero success with this company. They have been processing my application for about 3 months with no follow ups. I've contacted them asking for update & all I get is Can I get your name

Nicole did an amazing job finding me a new position relatively quick. I first applied on a Thursday and that same morning I got a call to come in the following Monday. After a couple of days I was hired and working for my current employers. They're wonderful and the team at Chicago Nannies did a great job making sure I got a good fit. I'm very pleased with my experience.

As a nanny who has used care.com to find families I never thought I would need an agency. Care.com has changed dramatically and I could not find serious families with fair pay. The agency took about 7 months to find the perfect fit. There were several families (provided by the agency) who offered me a position but the fit was never right. I did come to them around the holidays, and the pandemic happened, so I think those could of played a factor into the delay.The agency has been professional and always kind, but I suggest to any nanny working for them to stick to your ground and your own needs. I did feel like the agency tried to persuade me multiple times to accept positions that I did not think were appropriate. I hope the agency can make effective changes, so the nanny also feels like the agency is looking out for the Nannys and not just the families.Otherwise they have been very helpful, and sent me numerous temp families while I was looking for a permanent position.Thank you ladies!

The ladies at Chicago nannies were so kind, and very helpful at helping me find a family to care for. Which they found in about a week. I thought was very impressive, and if that’s not enough they checked in on me a week and two weeks later to see how I’m feeling with the family they paired me with. Which gave me a sense of security. I’ve also been so happy with the outcome that I keep recommending other nannies to apply.

This has definitely been one of the best agencies I have worked with in the Chicagoland area. Most are unprofessional and only care about placements to get paid.Chicago Nannies was friendly and helpful. I will definitely work with them again in the future.

My experience as a nanny with Chicago Nannies has been everything I hoped it would be. They helped me develop an outstanding resume package, found me a placement almost immediately (in my own neighborhood!), and negotiated a better compensation package than I originally requested.
