Trevor Beck showed up on time and was very friendly. He did his work very efficiently. He showed us pictures of what was in the vents, what he cleaned out. He cleaned up his equipment, told me how much the bill was and had a machine so I could pay with debit card right away. Overall a very good experience. Thanks Trevor.

I booked online, the office was responsive and scheduled a visit.Technician was on time and very thorough. Be aware folks that since a large vacuum tube needs to run from the truck, through the house, to the basement, the front door needs to stay open for over an hour. It is March, and was cold out and the house got a little cold. After all, the furnace needs to be off. That's to be expected.Overall, I feel the air in this house is much improved. I just moved in and don't think it's been cleaned since 1974. Highly recommended.

Booking was extremely easy and customer service rep was really nice. I don’t know when the last time the ducts were cleaned but it’s definitely been awhile as there was always excess amounts of dust in the house. Trevor did an amazing job as I can already feel a difference in the air and haven’t seen any dust since I’ve last cleaned. I’d definitely recommend this company and will rebook in the future

Wow talk about spending worthwhile money! We had just had our house renovated so we felt it was time to have the ducts cleaned. Trevor B was on time and so polite, explained in detail everything that was going to be done and spent nearly three hours on cleaning the furnace, cold air returns and all household air ducts. The work done was detailed and complete and we feel happy with Trevor and National Duct’s work.

We had National Duct come into our home and Mike C. did a great job on all levels of the house. Our house is an older home which we had never cleaned before so I am sure he got rid of quite a lot of dust and dirt in our system. Mike was very courteous and explained the whole process to us. We had no issues and we are very happy with the service! I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their ducts cleaned. Thank you!

We are so pleased with our service from National Duct Hamilton. I found them in a weekly flyer and gave them a call. They were able to schedule us in quickly and give a quote over the phone. The service technician, Trevor Beck, was respectful, kind, knowledgeable and provided before and after pictures of the ducts. We couldn't believe how much buildup there was. We had a great experience with Trevor Beck and National Duct Hamilton and will definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

Sebastian was the technician that cleaned our ducts, he was on time , quiet, explained what was to be done , how long it would take. Very professional, takes his time doing it right. Give us other options without being pushy. Liked the service provided and would use this company again.
