Witmer Auto Service

Purchased my 2016 Nissan Rogue from Lebada Motors a couple years ago (that was great). Started to experience clunking noises. Took my car to Witmer auto service as recommended by my warranty company. Turned out I needed A control arm replaced, no problem. They repaired the issue, I picked the vehicle up same day a couple hours later after first telling me nothing was wrong. I then noticed that my alignment was off. When I had my steering wheel straight, my car would go significantly to the left. I called back a few days later and was told that they did not do an alignment because it wasn’t covered under my warranty. Ok that’s fine- but why wouldn’t you even ask me if I would like one done if it’s recommended? I’ve now taken my car to a local shop and had it done and paid the full amount which I would have done to begin with as it would’ve prevented future issues. Because I was not offered or told about this (when I have been told by multiple shops now) that I should have been, my tires now have wear where they shouldn’t and I’ll have to replace them sooner. Extremely disappointed.

Great service at Witmer Auto. They got me in quickly and were so nice throughout the whole process. I highly recommend!

I'd double check anything coming out of this shop.Seriously.Shady service, false paperwork and who knows whatever else.I guess not everyone does their jobs properly... you guys are 2 for 2
