I have been denied access to essential health care, so I looked them up and wrote them a compelling email and how I need there help, they never even replied, not even a acknowledgement of the email,. This is like many places, they have no problem accepting tax dollars, and do nothing in return, these places are a joke and should be shut down, maybe then they would have to work for a living. Can't wait until they need help and get shafted by there counterparts.

Amazing experience with Jennifer. I couldn’t thank her more for all her effort and support. She helped so much with the process and walked me through everything. I was so fortunate to have her in my corner.

Amazing help and top notch lawyers. They fought against the top lawyers in Vancouver and won my case. Never underestimate them. They really give you 110% and they care. I can't recommend them enough.

Google reviews has not registered this online, there is no access to see pictures or even read what is recorded here. Including February 2007 ValleyVoice newspaper article Re: Scarlett class action lawsuit against FortisBC.I reported to Brett at the human Rights Clinic of fraud committed by a mental health counsellor that had no degrees. The counsellor took over my legal affairs after she had me misdiagnosed. I was naive of mental health and how corrupt the systems are in this province..Make a long story short I phone Brett to ask him how it was going and a man answered the phone and said Brett was on vacation and my file was closed. I kept pursing the systems that are supposed to govern public health and safety in this province both provincial and federally. Exposed cover up and bureaucratic corruptions, Many documents were fabricated and falsified in mental health and medical, certain doctors blatantly lied. When fabricated documents were exposed in 2013 to Interior Health first a no contact order was issued to all staff at Nelson mental health facility, Then medical documents were fabricated and I was banned from all clinics physio and the lab, I was told I could go to ER..That probably fine for emergencies, however the misdiagnosis destroyed my thyroid gland, raised cholesterol levels, and burnt my bones due to unstable TSH levels which rapidly made osteoporosis develop within less tan 3 years.Tommy Douglas had a good idea however since privatisation of health in 2000 we are now dealing with a very corrupt unethical system.that is more dangerous can be imagined in a democratic society. They sure picked the wrong house to destroy and then attempt to cover it with fabricated documents, Canada is a haven for lawyers due to unethical conduct and practice.. .In 2013 after proof was submitted to Interior Health facility In Nelson that a documentation written in January 2008 was fabricated a no contact order was issued to all staff at this facility It was a mental health summary that removed all evidence of a misdiagnosis, history of my life and what resulted prior to and after the misdiagnosis.
