Moving is stressful, thankfully STC was there to take care of our move! Thanks to group STC, it was so stress free. Very professional company and good email communication. On the day of my move, the two guys that were sent were amazing, very friendly, and very careful with my stuff. Loaded the truck in an hour and a half, nothing was broken. Unloading the truck at my new place took around the same amount of time, very quick for a 2 bedroom move (I have a lot of stuff)In the end, everything was moved quickly, nothing was broken, the guys were amazing and best of all their price was very good! very compedative pricing. I highly recommend group STC for your move!

Had SCT movers move a 250 lb+ antique, solid wood armoire into my second floor apartment via the balcony (tried to move it in ourselves but it wouldn’t fit up the stairs).Pavel was very responsive and his team was very professional. The three movers hoisted the armoire safely in the house in less than 30 mins. The price was very fair for the level of challenge of the job- I got a quote for another company of nearly 4 times the amount and was close to giving the furniture away.Merci équipe SCT! I will definitely use your services again.

Really good experience. Had to move an electric baby grand piano. They were quick to get back to me with my questions and setting up the delivery was fast and easy. They were on time and friendly. I would use them again!

Very poor service and communication skills. Movers had broken dishes which were in padded box. When Pavel was contacted concerning the broken items, he said he would call me back but never did. Not a man of his word. Company slogan is simply a catch phrase which owner doesn't believe in. INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES. Bring your business elsewhere.

Moving is tough! But these guys made my moving experience way smoother.They were Very efficient, super polite and professional. They did it all, packing, wrapping, stacking, dismounting, etc. And when I would have emotional breakdowns throughout the day, they were soft and handled me with care! I would definitely recommend them.

Hired STC movers for a July 1st move (the horror!) of my major appliances and bigger furniture since our apartment has the tiniest staircase. It needed professionals!The good: very prompt responses of any questions during the reservation, friendly, polite, very organized and very fast, safely wrapped up my precious belongings. The rates were very good for a July 1st move and there was no minimum time.The bad: I made the reservation for the movers to arrive between 1-3pm - I even checked in that morning by email with the owner to confirm the time as there had been previous confusion while trying to reserve. Well, they showed up at 10:37am with no warning beforehand. This was a huge negative as I still had a couple boxes to pack of essentials and so I had to do that while also directing them (and my friends moving boxes who I had told to arrive at this time in order to stay out of the mover's way!) and moving stuff around so they could navigate our furniture and appliances. It caused a lot of unnecessary stress and I believe it slowed down the move.Also, there was an initial deposit of 100$ paid by interac e-transfer, so I assumed I could pay the fee at the end of the move that way. Come payment time I was told cash only - I imagine I should've expected that but warning would have been nice.Overall, they were still excellent movers. But nothing goes to plan on moving day, I guess.

Extremely slow, refused to speak English, boxes brought to the apartment left upside down. Move took much longer than it should have.Would never use this company again!!!
