We used ocean state nanny agency to help us find our full time nanny for our 1 year old son and were absolutely pleased with the process and the result. We love our nanny - she is absolutely amazing with our son. Natalia is absolutely wonderful to work with! I was so stressed as the nanny we hired on our own backed out two weeks before my maternity leave was over, leaving my husband and I beyond stressed out. We reached out to Natalia and she set up a call with us within 24 hours and had nanny files along to us not even 48 hours after our phone call! We can't say enough good things about Ocean State Nanny Agency. We were moving to RI from out of state and she was amazing in guiding us through the process of hiring a nanny. When the trial of one nanny didn't work out due to fit (though the nanny was very well qualified and we are confident would have worked in another family), Natalia had other candidates to us practically immediately.
