We first brought some spare carpet to be made into mats here in 2018. So when we had the apartment recarpeted we brought the end of the roll" here to be made into a 4 x 4 doormat. They had our details on file - and came up with a suitable underlay to ensure that the mat will be non-slip on the hardwood floor. They also recommended the local Staples as the place to go for a protective "chairmat" to ensure my wheeled office chair doesn't chew up the new carpet! Very friendly personal service from all four people in the office that day!They told us to expect the new mat to be ready in five days. In fact it was ready the next day! It is now installed and looks very handsome."

Excellent product, easy company to work with. The whole process of ordering and shipping was easy. Colours are bright, the quality of the matt is excellent. We have ordered a number printed entrance carpets with our school logos. This has been a great welcome to staff, students and parents when they enter the school.

Really the worst experience ever!We asked to cut a bigger rug into two smaller ones and clean both of them. Day of pick up- We come home and unwrap the package and there was only 1 rug! We emailed and asked to deliver the second one. It got delivered 1 week later- they didn’t even have it at the shop!! Now the second part- when I looked at the rug- it wasn’t cleaned at all! Im pretty sure they messed up the order and forgot to clean it as the rug came back with hair, pieces of threads and some old stains we had! Our at home vacuum does a better job honestly! Even the piles looked flattened! We felt like we’ve wasted our time and money and ended up with zero service! Never again.

Best in the city! They do great work. I have used their services for over 10 years. They can turn that pc of carpet into an area rug or make a welcome mat with your logo.

They did a great job for my boat carpet repair job. It was a small job but they fitted it in and the price was very reasonable. Would recommend them for boating carpet work.
