Went in today without an appointment for EI. The security worker was one of the nicest, and helpful people I’ve met. The worker we had was also very helpful and kind. He got things done efficiently and correctly. Wish I got their names.

Poor service, the security guard I spoke with was not helpful and didn’t offer any alternative solutions for my problem. When I was waiting outside the office both security guards and one other person was inside without masks on and not socially distanced.

Poor service...Update:November 2021.So on website its mentioned that walk in gor passport depends on whether its busy or not. The other day i went there for my passport there was 3 ppl me included and everyone was sitting free agent etc.but instead of that 8 was given appoint monday next week like almost week gap in between...my application was filled and completed.

Absolutely impossible to connect with this so called International Services Branch. Unable to deal with US Social Security Pension through this division. As usual Services Canada is just another bureaucratic waste of taxpayer funds.

The place is spotless! The first lady who waited on me was friendly and courteous. Once in the waiting room the wait was not very Long. The second lady was very nice and took the time to explain everything to me
