Great family company! We’ve been with them for almost 10 years. Even following a move within the city, the transition was simple. Excellent customer service and very competitive rates. They are available when needed (no lengthy wait time), qualified, courteous, efficient and pleasant customer service (email, telephone and in person). Right from my first contact with Reg he was very helpful and friendly and great communication through out the whole project. They actually managed to reuse system that was already in the house and just added on to suit my needs. Chris the installer was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient in making sure I understood everything from start to finish, and what my options were. Both had my best interest at heart, and were not trying to upsell something I didn’t need.Even the staff that calls when we’ve accidentally set off the alarm are super friendly. We had another company at another location and if they had to call it was like you’re a huge inconvenience.
