This store is small but the manage to have it well organized and offer a good selection of items. Some stuff members are more knowledgeable then others. One warning - if you are running to get there right before closing, you might be out of luck. I personally experienced it twice. I saw stuff inside but the door was closed 5 min earlier and they don't let you in.

Not helpful. The young girl who “offered” help did not have any knowledge about the products I was asking questions about and only repeated what she heard from me couple of seconds ago.The other girl at the cashier just looked into my eyes and did not say hello back, I wonder if these people are trained to greet a customer at all.Cute little shop though.

They sold the stick used for rabbits as cat catnip stick and when I got home I realized what it is…

The staff there needs serious training. I was just in there and I spent over $200 and there was no basic level of customer service. The only thing they had to say to me was out your mask above your nose because it accidentally slipped. And then when I had a question about their sprays, the Asian guy just had a stick up his you know what. There was no music playing, no joy in there. They didn’t even offer my dog a treat. They just all stood behind the counter and stared into space. I never write reviews and especially not about a random pet valu but seriously when you’re spending as much as I did on animals you want a smile, some product assistance and basic friendliness.

Had a horrible shopping experience as the Asian lady with the eyeglasses working at the checkout was very rude. We just wanted to quickly pickup sth for my pet. However she was pushing us to leave with bad attitude 10mins before the store was closing. I was not surprised to see so many bad comments because of the lack of work ethic in this staff. Won’t go there again.

Huge assortment of pet items and great service. Staff know where everything is and give good recommendations

I have been looking for canned cat food that my cat will actually eat. She unfortunately prefers the lower quality brands and I am trying to entice her to eat something a bit more nutritious. The manager and the staff at this store have been very helpful and patient. Making suggestions on which food to try and being understanding about cats being very particular.

I love the staff here, and they have all the products I need. Very disappointed that the new owner stopped delivery.
