Urologist Dr. Carlos Marois

Called for information on removing a Kidney Stone I have had for nearly 3 months. I have been to to two Hospital emergencies and seen two doctors, one of which is my family doctor. I need surgery. I was quoted consultation is $300. and $12,000 to remove the stone.

Dr Marois barely look at my problem, and he immediately suggested an expensive surgery. He gave me a medication that was ineffective and make me pay a consult of more than $300. I went to another urologist (consultation was free) who suggested to see a dermatologist, and it turns out that it was not serious. The dermatologist gave me the right medication.

Had a hydrocele operation on the 23 Rd of January both the Doctor and the nurse who were doing the surgery were excellent very comforting and knowledgeableI would recommend the Clinic Marois for any procedure that dealing with urology you will be satisfied

I’m a travelling patient from Ontario and the clinic is very accommodating; I was able to get same day treatment for my cosmetic concern that requires a minor surgery procedure and the result is fantastic. Dr. Paul Ouellette and his team is very professional. Overall I’m very satisfied and I highly recommend the clinic.

I emailed this clinic twice in September 2022 on their website, neither of which resulted in any response. The first time I called them on the phone, I got through and I spoke with a member of their administrative staff and inquired about a service they advertised on their website. I tried to book a phone consultation, and I was asked to pay just over $300 for it, which I agreed to. The office assistant then said she needs to confirm something with a nurse before booking the appointment, and will get back to me. No one ever contacted me again. I tried calling back a few times. No one ever answered the phone. It's been 4 months, the clinic has completely ignored my case. I never interacted with any of the doctors at this clinic, but based on my experience of the service I received so far, I'd like to give 0 stars.

Terrible service that they do not want to give you the e-mail of Dr. Carlos Marois telling that he has no e-mail, What you can expect with such a service when you try to make an appointment.
