Worst experience ever in this car wash Stay away. .machine was broking damaged my car and I'm trying to get into the right people and no one talked or follow up about it

Quality of the car wash was pretty poor honestly. Also no attendant so person in front had to leave their car and go find help trapping me in the narrow lane way with no choice but to wait it out. Guy that came out had ear pods jammed in his head and could not possibly have looked less interested.

It's OK.. place needs an upgrade.. don't wash the car properly.. must be the aging equipment

I had attempted to wash my car, and unfortunately, the station in which I had selected had broke down. This of course happened after I had already paid. The attendant had directed me to write down my information on a card and instructed that I return during office hours whereby management would assist with issuing a refund. Upon returning to obtain my refund, the current manager had told me that they could not do anything about the refund and that I was essentially SOL.Very poor customer service. I would recommended that you steer clear of this location.

I am not one to post bad reviews but this one is for anyone considering the Detail service, Have a truck I am getting ready for sale and needed a good deep clean interior and and engine clean. I specifically requested not to do the exterior and put the extra time into the interior. Spoke to Ali (not sure of spelling). We agreed to $100 engine shampoo and interior clean. Dropped it off as requested at 9 the next morning, Was told it would be ready at 3. Came back at 3:30 my truck was still in the bay not ready, Honestly not a big deal so I came back at 6, Invoice was done for agreed amount however... Interior had nothing more than a quick clean and a vacuum done, Engine bay was never touched. I called the staff member on his cell and he told me to come back the next day to do the engine. After I hung up the phone from him I realized that there was between $10 and $15 missing from my change holder, I texted him to ask him where the change from my ashtray was, ( I assumed he removed to clean), Never got a response, phone calls never answered after that. Would never recommend to anyone. Agreements not met and missing items from my truck.

Got to wash and wax my car as well as vaccuum and shampoo the inside of my car. They had plenty of armorall wipes and accessories in the vending machine. Good Quality and enough room for 4 or 5 cars.
