Mona helped us narrow down the must haves. Her knowledge of identifying hidden aspects of property were commendable. She did good homework on all properties of our interest and was able to negotiate a good price for us. She described everything very patiently and was very flexible in accommodating our availability for showings. I found her through good Google reviews and highly recommend her.

Mona...she's a gem....No matter how difficult the situation is, she can handle it with ease. I will quote two scenarios..1. While buying the house ...Sorry to say but the sellers agent was really very bad at his work, but Mona handled the entire situation very tactfully and resolved the issue.2. The other scenario was, we wanna sell our joint property and other agents worked on this for quite some time but were unsuccessful, and I requested Mona to handle this and she closed the deal within a week. That was really commendable.She is knowledgeable, does her due diligence and is familiar with market, clauses, loop holes etc. She helps her clients to get their dream-house they are looking for within their comfort zone....I strongly recommend Mona for her exceptional work....
