Literally the best and most helpful team I’ve ever dealt with at a pharmacy. So helpful and seem to go out of their way for their clients. Client service is on point. My phone speaker is terrible so I’m probably messing the name up but Lindsay (I believe) along with the other team there who have helped me before are just fantastic. Couldn’t recommend more.

I have been coming to this pharmacy location for the past 6 years and the staff have always been helpful and nice.From start to finish, the entire process is always smooth and efficient. My refills are always filled quickly with minimal wait. The people you meet will be incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They are always able to answer my million questions and concerns with ease, and they made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my visit.You won't be disappointed if you check them out!

I usually get my prescriptions at a different pharmacy but this one is closest to my doctor, so I thought it would be convenient . Two out of the three times they have claimed not to get my prescription. I wait longer to get my prescriptions than I do waiting at the doctors office.

The doctor over there is so polite so is the receptionist. Students gets generic medications for free with their UHIP.

The pharmacist here the wizard of the Brock insurance plan. He will work out getting you most of everything heavily discounted through the university health plan or free through the university plan, or with patient assistance/support cards from drug manufacturers to cover the final amount.Because I was away from school for a few months on a CO-OP, I once took the exact same prescription that I got from my doctor, and filled at campus pharmacy, to a place closer to home and was quoted ~$40 for the same thing after insurance, that I get for $0 at campus pharmacy!Also, the staff are friendly, informed, and quick.

Best pharmacy ever! Every pharmacist and staff is super friendly, kind and helpful. Zero to minimal dispensing fees. Customer service is impeccable! Quick to answer the phone (even if it’s a minute before closing time). As a foreign student, they’ve accommodated me throughout school, the pandemic and even months after graduating (until my Healthcare formalities post graduation were sorted out). Offered concessions on medication upfront and sorted emergency doses for extenuating circumstances. Even though I’ve moved away to the GTA, I continue to send my prescriptions over to them and receive my deliveries the very next day. Exceeded expectations in every way. Thanks a lot guys, you’re the best!
