Very well taken care of my insurance needs. Best rate given from all the other companies I was looking into for my Auto and Home Insurance.I would really like to recommend Sai for any kind of Auto and Home Insurance needs and I strongly believe that everyone will get the best rates in the market from him.

Saidababu helped us save a lot on both home and auto insurances, his fast and efficient service made our switch from our previous insurer very easy. I recommend his services to anyone getting insurance quotes, you will not be disappointed.

Either I cannot get hold of anyone from Customer Service or if I get hold of someone after waiting for few hours, the customer service agent cannot do any action and always ask headoffice for underwriting issue. Once it goes to headoffice, there is never a status update. There is no ticket number or nothing. In addition to paying them, all we have to do in is call them every single day and waste our time waiting for someone to pick up the call. All agents are always busy.I honestly cannot understand how they can run a business like this and cannot do for any issues that require some additional thinking.So frustrating and I'm going to end up canceling my policy. Not sure if other Insurance companies are also like this. Totally frustrating.

Would give 7 Stars if possible!!! We received a referral from a friend to the insurance broker Gillian at Allstate as we were shopping for quotes. We haven't made any claims with them thus far, but the whole process of quoting, transferring, and activating our insurance has been an amazing experience. Service is when companies follow up and get back to you promptly and Gillian met and exceeded those customer service expectations. We are so happy with the experience so far and the rates were very competitive. Would highly recommend anyone to do business with them, perhaps that the service you get when you deal with insurance companies directly and not financial institutions who have another company underwrite their policies for them!!!!

We Spoke to Gur to purchase insurance and He is very polite. He's always there to give great advice and helping us to have the right coverage we need. he made sure will find the best deal. We finally found an insurance agent who is very knowledgeable efficient and very friendly.

Unfortunately this organization is affiliated with Pembridge Insurance company. And that particular organization provided me the worst experience ever. We were advised simply to close our claim as attempting to continue hunting down the insurance company proved to be feudal. Be warned.

My name is Tejwinder Singh. I bought Auto Insurance from Harkirat Maan, and i cant thank her enough she did an amazing job in providing me with the policy. She has a great knowledge of what she is doing and also considers clients requirement with utmost sincerity. She is very respectful and polite and provides great costumer service She went the extra mile to help me and I am very grateful for her service.

What a nightmare! This office does not see the value of a loyal customer. We had our credit card compromised while in vacation and immediately upon return called those companies that were affected by the card being cancelled. How gracious all of the companies were except for Allstate! We not only were required to pay a $50 NSF fee for each account the service we received was abysmal. Office closed, no one can help us to have the fees reversed and they did not help us in anyway after 6 years of impeccable on time payments for not only our vehicles, but our home and our RV. So we took our business elsewhere. Guess what we are saving $100 a month doing so. Good riddance to Allstate and to their lousy customer service.

Horrible service. Rude attitude. I have the same problem as one of the guys here, insurance went up without notice. I got a ticket for not having the up to date insurance paper! They told me it was my responsibility to have contacted them to mail it out. Felicia Simon is the possibly the worst agent there is! So incredibly rude...Once I cancelled my insurance for both home and car, I got a letter I owe them a small amount. Once I called Neera to make payments, she made me feel like I am such an inconvenience to her! I would never deal with them and would never recommend them. At first I thought it was just that one person! But it’s just every one’s attitude at this agency. I signed up some where else, got the same policies and now saving approximately $120 a month between the two policies. That’s huge! And so far they have been awesome! If you’re reading this before signing up, proceed at your own risk. Good luck!
