Rob made a client for life.I called (after hours) for what ended up being a very, very simple issue. He fixed it in a second, and with the best disposition and attitude, he explained to me why it had happened and how to fix it in the future in case it happens again. Great service.

I called the company and reached a fellow very quickly which was refreshing. I had breaker that kept tripping. He gave me some troubleshooting tips and told me to try first and then call him back if I had success. Thank goodness his advice worked which saved me a whole lot of money and stress. I would highly recommend this business. Have used before and the response was excellent. Called today regarding a problem with my fuse box. The gentleman on the phone advised me of a fix for my problem. It worked. He could have sent a tech but chose to help me out. He was excellent. Great public relations move.

Rob answered my call after hours and scheduled an apt for two days later. Called when the tech was going to be an hour late to let me know (issues with job before outside of his control). The tech attended, worked diligently and left my wife and I very satisfied with the work that was done. Thanks Hotwire!

I had tripped the master breaker when replacing a kitchen receptacle and was unable to find the main breaker. When I called Hotwire to come and fix the problem, He was very helpful, in explaining what I had done wrong and how to fix it saving me an expensive service call. Thank you !!!. Very friendly and helpful. When I need more electrical work, I will definitely be calling Hotwire.

Our Air conditioners killed our power in the middle of the heat wave and Rob walked us through how to fix it while on his vacation. He was very patient and took time to explain what happened and how to prevent it happening in the future. Highly recommended!
