My first experience using this service recently mainly due to Covid19. I am very happy with how convenient and easy it was to sign up online, choose a package and place a pick up date and time. My laundry was returned in a canvas reusable bag, folded all I had to do was put it away! I definetly will be using them on a regular basis!! Thank You to all the staff, especially Kate, for making my first impression a positive one.

A great option for those who don't have the time/facilities for laundry and don't want to trek to the laundromat! Fast, incredibly friendly and accommodating service. Easy pick-up/drop-off arrangement and communication. Laundry is returned beautifully folded and organized- my clothes definitely get spoiled when they go off to ASK! :)

I decided to try this service on a whim. They are absolutely fantastic! Great communication, convenient pick ups with quick return time. My laundry comes to my door folded neatly, and tied with a ribbon in separate bundles for each family member. I love the time I save. Highly recommended for busy families.

No one responded to my phone call or email. When I did speak to someone he said it would be picked up that Tuesday. No one showed nor did they try to contact me. Found a reliable company. Wouldn't recommend Ask!

Due to COVID-19, I no longer felt comfortable doing laundry in a shared facility. The pick up/drop off process was seamless, the clothes were fresh and natural smelling and seperated into bundles with ribbon. We have already scheduled our next service and will continue to do so even when life gets back to a new normal.
