Très mauvais service. Tu passes 20 min à trouver la salle. Tout le monde se départi du problème; comme quoi, ils sont juste des réceptionnistes et que je dois aller parler à l’interaction. Surtout la réceptionniste du 3eme étage (pas le centre pour enfant) Service horrible!!! C’est incroyable de se déplacer et affronter le trafic sur decarie pour ensuite se faire promener à gauche et droite! Mettez des indications plus claires!

Six months after my doctor sent referral I called elna clinic a rude secretary woman answered me that we had not received anything, but five minutes later another person called and said that she will make an appointment to me for the next week. surprisingly I did not notice at first. so she repeated loud and rudely I was really shocked, but I did not complain about this behavior I have never had contact with rude and uncultured staff like this clinic

These people are beyond horrible. I reached out to them for a urology consultation one year ago. After a huge back and forth about not receiving my referral or that my referral is missing info, just now the lady called me saying I am confirming your appointment tomorrow. I said but you never gave me an appointment in the first place to confirm one, she told me we are not a store we are a clinic"

The doctor who I had an appointment with (dr. Liberman) was very knowledgeable, patient and provided explanations to all my questions. This is the only reason why I rated the clinic with 2 stars instead of 1. The reasoning behind my low rating is because I was subject to a verbal abuse by a nurse from the clinic. I reached out to the clinic multiple times for about a month, since I needed more information about my results, and all this time I was given with non sense responses. In the end, I got a call from a nurse who was supposed to address my questions. Unfortunately, this was not the case. She told me that the lab shouldn't have provided me with the test results, because this is how the patients start looking for answers since they do not understand anything from the results. I was trying to provide her with some context but she was talking over me, yelling and threatening me that she will hang up if I don't let her speak. Her point was that the doctor had provided his commentary already, but the fact that no-one bothered to share it with me was not important. Her attitude was beyond unacceptable for a health care professional or a service provider and although I mentioned it, she did not even apologize or change her way of talking.If the clinic is claiming that treating patients respectfully is part of their core values, then definitely such type of attitude should not be accepted or tolerated. Hopefully this review will be taken into consideration and respective actions will be carried out!

Le pire urologue que j'ai visité au long de ma vie. Il m' a donné 5 minutes de son temps, il a rien écouté, j'ai un grand problème de santé de naissance et un de ses collègues m'a fait référé mais quel dommage. Il était même impolie en ouvrant la porte après 5 minutes de rendez-vous et en me mettant pratiquement dehors.Zero empathique et compréhensible même pas intéressé au cas clinique. Dommage!!!

One of their secretaries is unbelievably, unreasonably ill mannered. Had to cancel an appointement just because of that. She's a liability to the business

The staff was great. Everything else sucked. Not only did my very expensive procedure NOT work as it was supposed to, but it made the condition WORSE. This now only destroyed my belief that a cure could be found, but it lead to the most embarrassing, humiliating experiences of my entire life. Do yourself a favour and listen to the Google reviews and stay FAR AWAY from this clinic.

Had an appointment at 10:10. Arrived at 9:40. Checked in and waited. 11:30 comes around and I'm asked if I have an appointment. I tell them I have an appointment at 10. The receptionist had forgotten to check me as present. Also had the privilege to listen to a receptionist berate and make fun of a patient for not speaking perfect English. Don't come here.

Disastrous service. 240 for a phone consultation that ended 5minutes in with the Dr saying he would need to see me in person to further assess my situation. Why not just make the in person consultation if you know you will have to take a look at the other person. The deferral indicated why i was going already.Pathetic

If I could give this less than 1 star...I got this appointment as a cash patient (you would think a consultation at $240 would be thorough, but not the case at all!). I went for a gynological exam due to pain. No blood pressure taken and no temperature (to see the first indication of infection), but yet I was offered antibiotics “in case” I had a bacterial infection. I was also told that I might have a viral infection...so I was left wondering, viral, bacterial...any other guesses??? The ‘exam’, while not even complete as a regular visit, lasted 25 minutes and I was not better off than before. When I called the manager of the office to complain about the antibiotic guesswork, no taking vital signs, guessing at diagnostics, I was told very rudely “that’s how we do it here”. I wonder if these doctors and staff actually had to answer to patients instead of government, would the service be different? I can tell you that as soon as I got back to USA, I was prescribed tests and services so that a real diagnosis could be assessed. This visit was definitely not up to par as far as medical services go and I actually feel sorry for people who are stuck going to doctors who are not adequately trained for this specialized services just because their health insurance dictates. Worse than that though, is how I was treated after calling to complain. You would think they take complaints seriously as to better themselves like most businesses, , but no, they take the stance that it’s never their fault and that I was the problem! Well you know what? Wells Fargo agreed with me, so if the Staff and doctors are reading this review (and actually care how their patients feel), please treat people with respect and value, and know that it OK to admit you have made a mistake AND it’s OK to apologize for your shortcomings. In conclusion, YOU SHOULD TREAT PEOPLE AS IF THEY ARE PAYING YOUR SALARIES!!!!!
