Patricia and her staff are GREAT!!! If you are looking to make wine, this is the place to go. They aim for customer satisfaction and above all, they succeed at their goal. I'm a customer for life and I would urge everyone who is looking to make wine to look no further because these people are the real deal. I was George's first customer at Vin Bon and will probably be his last customer. Have had only wonderful experiences at their store. Their product is A1 and the service is even better.George & Jimmy are the best. Keep it up guys.

George & Patricia were very helpful from printing our wine bottle labels for our son's wedding and to helping us load our boxes of wine into our vehicle. I've been dealing with these great folks for close to 10 years and would recommend for anyone to look them up for your wine making needs.

Patricia and Geaorge are awesome. They give great service and make excellent wine. Would recommend them to everyone. Have been going there for 4 or 5 years. There is one on Upper James near or house but we drive to Stoney Creek and would never think of switching.

I've been dealing with George since 1991-92. Service is superb, his prices are fair and always goes the extra mile. I've never been to any other place and never will. His wife works in the store as well and you never see anyone work so hard. Great people.

This place is amazing. I have been to others in different cities but nothing beats this place. The wine is fantastic but most importantly, the owners are fabulous, the employees are fabulous. You will never find better service. I’m so grateful that there are still places left where the customer service is still top notch. Our entire family, 6 families in all, travels from Mississauga to Hamilton twice a year to get our supply of Shiraz. George and Patricia are knowledgeable and wonderful. Excellent service. Squeaky clean. Spot counters, floors. Super fast commercial washer. Excellent service. Excellent wines. Highly recommended.
