I was a customer for many years before I did my research. Now that I have been shopping around I realized that this is at best a store to buy dirt and pots if it is close to you. The nutrients are overpriced, inconsistent and quasi-effective. I genuinely feel bad for people who think this place is good. Your plants deserve better.

This place has good prices, a friendly and helpful staff. This a place the big boys can go to shop.

Not only is their service second to none, their knowledge is also unrivaled as my own gardening skills have evolved considerably as a result of their presence here in Kelowna.Add to this their own product line (Diablo Nutrients) which is the best I have ever used. And finally, to ice the cake, they are LOCALLY OWNED AND OPERATED!! What a generous, friendly, and genuinely helpful establishment! I went in with a list of questions for them and they were able to answer everything with ease and even offer above and beyond tips, tricks, and on the house products to help me. I highly recommend visiting if you have and questions or concerns or even if you just want to get some insight! Staff was incredible and I will absolutely be back!

15 june 2019 told the clerk I needed to learn where I could find some information on my plants and at his request described the problem. He admitted he couldn't perceive what I meant thereby showing his ignorance of plants. He said I needed to bring in a photo. I offered three alternatives to that and was shut down each and every time to the growing amusement of the rotund unkempt individual given the Sunday afternoon shift. I just left and was yelled at by him as I walked out the door Guess you can't handle that
