Had a wonderful experience today upgrading 2 cell phones. Joy (sales attendant) was most patient and knowledgeable on resolving issues I had with my Roger's account for the past past. Highly recommended going to Vaughan Mills Roger's store. Very patient and knowledgeable staff.

The 1st representative that I dealt with I honestly wanted to pull my hair out, too smart for his own good, I couldn't even finish a sentence without being interrupted, however, the 2nd Representative took their time to hear me out I explained what I wanted and sent me on my way in a professional polite manner

I just had very bad experience at Roger's vaughan mills store. The representative with the name Ash had zero attention to help and answer my questions, he was permanently staring his own phone, even answered the phone during our conversation. Strongly advised Choose another store to have good service.
