Ces gens la sont des frequents, ils te raccrochent au nez, ils te manquent de respect. ce sont des être humains avec de l'instinct animal. Si tu veux emprunter de l'argent, oublie ces gens, ils sont des gens malhonnêtes. je devais 15.000 dollars, j'ai eu un mois de retard, j'ai dit a la fille que je vais payer au complet, je me suis fait répondre, si je suis pas capable de payer 500 dollars comment je vais payer les 1500$ qui me restent a payer. De plus, j'ai paye cette somme en passant dans 12 mois pour éviter les frais d'intérêts inutiles. Des animaux. tout ce que je peux dire.

Predatory. Things might be hard but do yourself a favor and avoid this place, the interests will eat you up and by time time you go to repay the loan you’ll owe more than you took out. Wish I never took out a loan

No manners.. no class. Insensitive, rude, I was hospitalized, said I'll call back when I could, they kept harrassing me everyday, I had surgery woke up to about 8 msgs one daily. No compassion. RUDE AF. This deserve half a star .

Bought an iMac from Best Buy (Anjou) and was told by the salesperson (Steve) that it would be financed on 24 months with no interest. I obviously trusted his word and paid the bill every month without realizing that it was a 12 month plan. Received the 13th bill with accumulated interest. When I called in to inquire why not only was the rep VERY rude but he also said that if I don’t pay the interest it would accumulate more interest. If I would have been advised properly from the incompetent salesperson I would have paid the amount in full at 12 months. I only took advantage of the finance because it was interest free. Now I’m stuck over 500$ of added interest. Never again will I deal with fairstone or Best Buy and will be making a BIG complaint, I have to pay for people errors and nobody wants to take the responsibility!!

First and last time I ever deal with this branch....they have been soliciting me every 2 weeks with numerous phone calls on my mobile phone offering me loans at a low interest rate, I politely declined and ask for them not to contact me, and stated if need be I will contact them. This was 2 weeks ago, now somehow they obtained my work number called numerous times and left messages offering me loans again....now they have crossed the line, to solicit me on my personal phone is one thing...but to contact me at my place of work and leave messages on my voicemail!! well that is just unethical and a form of harassment after I have clearly asked them not to contact me. I am very upset and would not recommend this company to anyone.
