Highly recommend - cute shop, great customer service. Ended up with an adorable outfit in a colour I never would usually wear!

Loved going to style bar today. They always have good items for sale. Prices have increased a bit but the sale and clearance area are always awesome. I was looking for something red or green for Christmas and they had a great selection. I ended up getting some lotion. I highly recommend this boutique! They always have items on trend. The only thing I would have loved to see is more local support for businesses in beauty, candles, jewlery and accessories.

A staple for fashion in Winnipeg and the Exchange District. I make a point of coming to OOTB when I travel to Winnipeg - it's one of the few shops that *never* disappoints with their evolving selection. The staff have always been incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when I've needed a dress for an event or a gift for a friend. I can't recommend this place enough. This store is the only reason I still come to the Exchange.

I managed to find not one but TWO pairs of cute and super comfy pants here, and their sizing system actually makes sense!! There aren't too many options that you have to go through a bunch of filler to find something you like, but enough choice so you can fit items to your style. Staff are all lovely and knowledgable, great atmosphere. Also if you're looking for cute wall decor this is the place!!

This is my absolute favorite shop in Winnipeg and the best place to book a private shopping appointment! The store has everything from amazing clothing brands (often Canadian and/or fair trade) to beautiful local jewelry to unique houseware and personal items. The displays are stunning and the store layout impeccable. Wendy, the owner, is the right mix of kind and honest when helping you try on clothing - she immediately understands what looks good on your body and is all about helping you feel beautiful. It's not about the sale for her, it's about a happy and confident customer. The website is super easy to use for on-line orders and the Instagram posts are updated daily and help you feel like you are in the store. As a 40 something Professional, I can buy basically all of my clothes from this store for both work and play. My future includes seasonal private shopping appointments with occasional on-line orders when items are flying off the shelf! Thank you Wendy for making shopping so fun and easy!

Best shop in Winnipeg! Wendy and her staff curate the loveliest, most unique selection. Mixing vintage & contemporary looks, size-inclusive, with something cool for everyone. I shop here with my teen daughter, for my work clothes, for special occasions, gifts for friends, and even with my mom. The nicest part of this shop is they get to know their customers personal tastes, take care in suggesting pieces you will truly love, and make you remember why you love fashion!

I had an amazing experience shopping at Out of the Blue. The owner spent a lot of time picking out an outfit that fit just perfectly for a special occasion, and had very good suggestions how to style each piece later on. I left the store feeling confident and excited. I had a lot of fun and absolutely love supporting local ❤️. Out of the Blue is more than a shop, it's an overall positive experience!

The staff here were ultra helpful and helped me find some beautiful dresses. I would definitely go back.
