Alex and Samir came to our house on time. Alex explained the steps that's being done to our carpets. Bedrooms, hallway and stairs area rug and few runners were done. They did an amazing job. Carpets are clean and looks brand new. Smells fresh. Satisfied customer, will highly recommend to family and friends. Pricing is fair and reasonable.

With kids and a dog in the house, our beige couch got into a very bad shape. It had filthy stains all over it. Someone suggested that we get it professionally cleaned, and we are so glad we did! I needed three couches and a rug to be cleaned. Alex and his helper arrived on time, couches that I've had for almost 5 years are looking almost as good as new, most of the stains have been removed. The rug is very expensive and as Alex explained it takes longer to dry so he took it to a special facility which spared me a lots of time and energy. Thank you aplus!

A+ were super awesome!!!1) It was very easy to get appointment scheduled,2) Technicians arrived early morning, on time and even brought a coffee for me. They called before arrival and asked if we wanted anything from Timmies or Mcds, as they were getting breakfast. AWESOME 7 STARS SERVICE.3) A+ did an amazing job steam cleaning my sectional and several rugs, fur, dog pee and poo marks - gone, everything is super clean and doesn't smell.4) Technicians were super chill, friendly, professional, and respectful. They used their towels to protect walls and flooring from wetting. All techs wore gloves and booties to keep our place safe.5) Prices were transparent and upfront. And they were the only company to accept credit cards.Highly recommended!!! Will definitely use again.
