When my family and I think of what is best for our puppy, we think of Bauhound Haus.Our puppy has a picky taste in food. In the past, we've sought out numerous stores to meet her many needs but to no avail: until we set our sights on a store in Milton, half an hour away from where we live. When we set foot in Bauhound Haus, we were immediately met by the owner, a warm, genuine, and understanding individual, Mike, who made us and our puppy feel at ease, and more importantly, at home. We were additionally impressed that he responds fast to emails, even after hours! The team were equally astute professionals and lovely to the core, like Cheryle, who shared with us a wealth of information on various topics about what is best for our puppy, and Rebecca, our puppy's groomer, who is truly a natural at her profession. They have earned our highest trust and respect, as this is only our first review for a store in our 15+ years of raising dogs. On top of that, we were impressed by the vast and unique collection of gears, toys, supplements, and other supplies whose prices were absolutely reasonable and unmatched.Our puppy loves and looks forward to going to Bauhound Haus! And we look very much forward to tagging along.

Just want to say this place is amazing! I have been struggling to find a solution to my dogs allergies and I found it here. I felt welcome and not rushed. I were able to get all our questions answered about switching our dog to raw food and keeping her grain free while we figure out her allergies.The best service ever! I live about 40 minutes away but I will be back every time I need dog food. Simply the best service and the best advice!Thank you so much! My dogs skin has cleared up and she has more energy and so happy!

Stumbled upon this place while frantically searching for Ruffland Dog Kennel retailers in Ontario. Mike was fantastic! Replied quickly to emails after hours, walked me through the different sizes, allowed and helped me put the kennels in the back of my SUV to find the right fit and was pleasant and friendly! If Milton was local for me I'd give him all my dog business. He carried QUALITY products at really reasonable prices. Had a few things I'd never seen before too! I'll be back, you should too! Check him out!

I can’t tell you enough how amazing everyone at BAUHOUND is and how you are in such good hands when you bring in your loved ones. Right from the front desk, to the grooming . My dog has been going here for a few years now, he was at so many different groomers prior, but only Rebecca aka. Dog whisperer could get him to calm down and do his nails (with no muzzle)! She is just phenomenal! Everyone is there to give you the best advise and love. I was just there today with my injured boy and what those girls did for us, will stay with me forever. We had a great experience with them and their new online shop! They were friendly and quick to answer questions to help us pick out the right size product for our new pup. My order was ready for pick up quickly (next day) and the pick up process was easy.

Good all around pet boutique. The staff are a bit more knowledgeable on dogs than the average pet store employee, they have a great selection of smoked bones and raw, best in town Imo.
