I had called John a few times and he asked me to email him a drawing of what i was interested in getting done. After calling him and emailing him he never replied and i also did a follow up call and he said he would get back to me and never did.Very bad service, i wonder what kind of work or even warranty he offers if he cant even respond to new potential clients.

This is a picture of a table that I bought from Andrew of Beachgrove furniture about 3 years ago. I recently discovered the table being imbalanced so I look at the bottom and discovered the nail being bended. Then I decided to message Andrew about it and he told me to reinstall the nail myself or drop the table off at his shop since he himself isn't willing to come in person to fix it due to COVID. I find the solutions he provided aren't plausible so I am relatively agitated by it. As you can judge from the photo, even from a layman's eyes, these nails arent strong reinforcements and IKEA furniture probably could last way longer. Actually when I texted him, he sort of tried to move the blame towards it being knocked and try to blame me for causing the damage. I myself honestly isnt a party person and I just the table for normal use it for dinning/ study purposes, even If I host party, it really shouldnt be this weak.To conclude, I find it nice to be able to customize your own furniture but not at the expense of durability. Thats all, you can decide on your own whether or not to buy from this man, good luck.
