If I could give zero, I would. I used their services for my father's estate and my experience was not bad. So, I recommended them to my brother; his service was terrible. He was told they'd have his house paperwork completed in 3 weeks and he finally received it after about 3 months. Several calls had to be made inquiring about what was taking so long.I thought, third time, hopefully a charm. So, I recommended to my daughter to use them. WHAT A MISTAKE! We lost her Dad suddenly. She had a phone meeting with the lawyer on January 5, 2022, she dropped the requested paperwork off within about a week, she needed a little time sensitive information by January 15, 2022 (yes, the lawyer knew this) that day came & went with no return call still to today. This is a simple estate that she needs help with probate. We have left messages that are just blatantly ignored, not even a quick email sent in response either.This is SO unprofessional that I can't believe it! Now, after 7 weeks of zero return calls and absolutely no communication from the lawyer, we've had to call and ask for her paperwork back so we can find a new lawyer that will actually help get this done so she can move forward.I do not recommend using this firm!

Knowledgeable and reasonably priced but lately very hard to get replies though.

Bought there insurance with my first house transfer. Now that we have property line issues with the neighbors about an easement that is in my driveway that was also in their lawyers papers. All I keep getting told from them is we will call you back. I have called 4 time's. Have never received any call back. Only option left to myself is to call Michael Chong or hire another lawyer firm. Really don't recommend this firm to anyone. Worst money I have ever spent for someone I thought I could trust.
