Charlene Lewis was wonderful! She walked me through all options with kindness and patience. She had to call me back later same day to let me know if I was approved or not, and I felt like I was talking to a real human not someone who just views you as a number. She made my day a lot better. Worst Insurance Company. If you are looking for a special insurance for business or home rentals, they don't have all policies and they may pretend to have what you need. The number of in experienced agent is much more than experienced agents 90 -10%. Overall, Do not make payment for any insurance until you request and see a sample Policy for you to review, they will not refund your money if you pay and did not get what you needed. Lots of fake reviews on website for Worst company ever dealt with in my 10 years of insurance. Be careful and be sure before dealing with them

I set up my insurance today with square one, and made a small typo when putting in my email address. I ended up having to call customer service, and it was one of the easiest customer service calls I have ever had to make. It was very fast and stress free, with no long wait times and I got to talk to an an actual agent right away.My agent Zain C. was very helpful and friendly and fixed my mistake in less than five minute. :) I am very happy with the customer service I received today from square one. Thank you again for making this an easy and stress-free experience.

Brittany was informative, knowledgeable, and sincere. Joining Square one felt like the old days where personal relationships were forged in any business situation on a customer by customer basis. Not just a mailing address and policy #, now long gone by the way of the dodo bird in most cases. She was friendly and firm, and I've always liked straight shooters! I haven't even signed yet ( still reviewing ) but Square One appears to be far beyond my previous insurer in both cost and service. Thank You Brittany, i was a pleasure dealing with you! These guys are great until you have to make a policy change...what an awful system. Email support was slow and bad. Had to call in and wait on hold a long time. Something simple and straightforward they have managed to make super complicated. A bit concerned about my decision to go with this company. If it is too good to be true then I guess it is. Kinda disappointed.
