NAPA Auto Parts - NAPA Associate Westbank

WOW the worst customer service ever. My Dad, my three brothers, and I have.been loyal customers but after the experience I had today we will be going to Lordco and so will everyone we know. I was given the wrong part which is very.common at this location and the Kelowna location, but I understand mistakes happen. However, if the parts guy took more interest in helping me than talking to his girlfriend that.was loitering at the desk it may.not have happened. I can even look past this. However, when I call back and and they are not apologetic, rather both employees become short and rude when I politely ask if they are able to compensate me and possibly discount the part since they have to order it in from Vancouver and I will not have transportation for 3 days and I wasted my Saturday. I was told the best they could do was $17 higher than I originally paid. WHAT A JOKE. I CALLED LORDCO AND SAVED$21 AND GOT THE PART A DAY SOONER!

Very good service. I bought a Carlyle toolbox. They informed me it came in with a bit of a dent and gave me the option of a new one being shipped in or some money back. They helped me load it into a U-Haul I had to rent and were just very friendly and good to deal with.

Friendly and knowledgeable employees. Can damn near find whatever a guy needs to complete a job, automotive and beyond. Great prices to match. Highly recommended

I’ve been in the store a few times and been fairly happy…oil filters, oil, parts…got the hood guy discount (maybe)…. Not pleased though when I went in to the store and asked about an item (screwdriver set) that was listed in a flyer as on sale, and the guy at the counter…had no idea….said he didn’t know if they had any….I had presumed he was checking while I looked myself as well. He ignored me and went back on the phone with another customer. Tried the other guy too, who motioned that he was busy on the phone too. I get that….but a customer in the store….with money in hand….not impressed…it was a dinky sale but clearly they prioritize phone orders over retail……won’t waste the fuel again to shop in person there…

Great products and helpful staff. Its nice that owners that are engaged in thier customers and active in the business. Its not sure another parts store.

Justin was so helpful and friendly, he stayed open as we were running late and needed wiper blades for a trip next day. Even put them on. Great customer service.

Excellent service. Very welcoming and they had several of the parts I required and the one they didn't, they called another nearby auto supplier to check if they did. It turns out, this was an item I could only get from the car dealer, unless I wanted to wait for a special order. (Nissan gear oil, I could have mixed 2 grades together to arrive at the gradient required but who wants to buy 2 different bottles, only to dispose of the remnants-not environmentally friendly.) Thank you for the exceptional service.

Always great getting the parts I need. I do alot of car detailing and Bill H. and his staff always have the items I need. From old skool carboraters for my 1953 Chevy Panel to modern fuel pumps and filters...

I just want to say that Dee is the friendliest and greatest parts driver known to mankind. Justin and all the employees at this store have always taken great care of me and I would highly recommend stopping by if you want quality service. 11/10
