EDMONTON'S HIDDEN GEM!Leslie and her team are amazing! They always have smiles on their faces and warm welcomes!The vegan and GF options are the best in the neighbourhood by far. I can't speak to the carnivore options but I've never seen someone leave there disappointed.They offer various events like book clubs, music, paint nights, happy hour, and more.

The coffee is great here and the staff are friendly. Vegan options are amazing… the tofu bun is good, along with the baking (they actually carry a lot of plant based baking). The only complaint I have is the up charge for plant mylk. Overall, a great stop if you’re vegan.

I got too comfortable here after ordering I sat down it's so cozy like a small nugget from outdoors. It's got a rustic feel, modern contemporary design, hanging light bulbs, it's nice and the staff were friendly. When I forgot to grab my order, it was brought to me. Glad I gave 15% tip. I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich, I think the bread is homemade, it's crusty outside and soft inside. I like it. 5 stars

Loved our visit to ANVIL Coffee House. Delicious coffee and generous portions, can't go wrong with that. Servers are both personable and efficient. The decor is eclectic. Well worth a visit. Go when you have time to sit and relax.

Missed our bus leaving No Frills and we were exhausted and it was windy and cold. We stepped inside for a moment to take a look and the place was relaxing and inviting. The atmosphere was wonderful. A friendly welcome made it even more tempting to stay and order, and the service was great. We got Italian soda and a London Fog and it was amazing. During our brief visit I decided we'll definitely have to go back, it was so refreshing, a day of pain and exhaustion turned into a refreshing evening.

Beautiful coffee latte and they got cream cheese and strawberry pastries fresh as well and a lobster roll both ends chocolate dip and powder coated inside was chocolate icening whip cream In the middle

Interesting place. They are on the YEG coffee pass, so we thought to try them out. The girl at the front said it’s only eligible for coffee drinks. That seems a bit silly, as the tea lattes should cost less. Got a dirty chai, it wasn’t that great.I would recommend they open up the YEG Coffee Pass to all drinks, even if you have to pay a little. I’d rather get something I truly want. Other than one other location on the YEG Coffee Pass, all the other businesses allow you to get any drink.Decor is great and it looks really nice on the inside. Great job, wish I could rate it higher.

Well if this isn't my favourite place on the planet.... these people know how to make an absolutely bangin' iced latte, with the GOOD oat milk too! These guys and Blenz make the best lattes in the city. What REALLY makes this place is their food is GOOD. Like really good. Like incredible. I am talking specifically about the tofu breakfast bun.... I have just no earthly idea how good a breakfast sandwich can be this good, it's illegal! I have always dreamed of a good vegan breakfast sandwich somewhere in YEG, but they are really hard to come by. Every component of this sandwich is so good.... and the bread.. UGHH THE BREAD. So crusty and perfectly encompasses all of the goodness inside. If I could have this every day for breakfast, I would. Don't try me!I want to add as well as the atmosphere inside is chill and welcoming, feels very community focused which I know it is. Feels very queer friendly and just very inclusive in general which is an obvious plus. I always love to check out their little retail section at the front of the shop where they sell locally made wares and consumables they use in the shop.Planning my next visit to these guys soon... as always lol

Our favourite local coffee spot! The coffee is amazing, we get our beans from them to brew at home and omg the day just isn’t right without them.Their food is also delicious! Love their vegan options, grabbing a sandwich and sitting on the patio with our dog is one of our favourite warm weather activities.
