Anderlin Electrical Inc

Unfortunately I would not recommend Anderlin electrical. I should probably have been aware that something would go wrong when it took me 3 or 4 times to ask for a quote, getting responses from Jonathan that he had a hectic personal life but would get to my quote. After finally receiving the quote I wanted to meet in person but he kept pushing off meeting to discuss the quote. Jonathan was very polite so I decided to take a chance and hire them and schedule them to start my rough in. On the Monday of the week he is supposed to start my rough in, he emails me (not even a personal professional phone call) to tell me he won't be doing my job. Instead of admitting he had scheduling issues (which is evident by the lack of communication and no time to meet the customer) he decided to call the work we are doing unprofessional. In the end it is for the best that he is not doing the work since I should have seen the red flags from the beginning. When someone cancels by email 4 days before starting such a large job, that is what is called unprofessional and unreliable. My husband and his family own a very successful eavestroughing business and would never treat customers this way. No one is perfect but there are certainly much better ways to go about things. This is just business and not personal but I always appreciate an honest review of a company to help me decide who to use or not use.On another note, the only other google review is from a person with the same last name as the owner of Anderlin, seems a little biased to me. Save yourself a headache and don't use this company.

John and his team were wonderful to deal with when we completed our kitchen renovation. Not only were they courteous, their price was very reasonable and they completed the project within established timelines. I would recommend Anderlin Electric for any project, big or small!

I found this company using GOOGLE. They were a pleasure to work with. They gave me a fair estimate. The best part was at the end of the job they readjusted their quote to an even better price. They did extra work that was out of the scope of the job which I appreciated. They were always on time and came prepared to work. They also stayed late one day just to finish up the job. I highly recommend this company for all your electrical work whether it is commercial or residential. Thank you for your service. I appreciate it.

Kat from Anderlin Electrical did an outstanding job in taking care of an electrical issue. She was prompt in getting to the house, identifying the problem and fixing it. Very knowledgeable and customer service focused. Would not hesitate to recommend her and the team at Anderlin Electrical.

Jonathan with Anderlin Electrical we just fantastic. We were doing a commercial renovation and called Anderlin Electrical to complete the electrical component. On top of doing a great job of the electrical Jonathan took a real interest in our project and really helped us in achieving our end result. He even went as far as to help us procure the lighting, we were going through a retail store, his help saved us a significant amount of money, and he made sure all the light temperatures and colours matched and were right for our project. I recommend Jonathan and Anderlin Electrical for any electrical project, they are great and do a great job. I wish I could give them 6 out of 5 stars.

Kat Descalchuk came to my home on short notice and did some general repairs, she was very accommodating, fitting in the time slot that I had available.She showed up right on time and completed the work very professionally.I highly recommend Anderlin for any of your electrical needs.

We first used Anderlin when we finished our basement at our old house. Everything turned great and you could see how much pride they took in their work. We decided to build a new house and had Anderlin do the entire house. Everything turned out amazing! This was probably one of the only trades that was 100% reliable and on schedule. I would never use anyone else and would recommend them for any electrical job.

As an ex employee, my review may not mean much but I'll give it anyway. Working at Anderlin was a great time for me. The owner Jonathan was excellent with helping out his customers no matter what the issue was. If you are doing your own work on your own home, just pop in and buy some products and I'm sure you'll learn a few things along with getting quality goods. It's a win win

I was offered a residential job by the owner. The start date turned into the next Thursday, which turned into we don't need you this week, which turned into no communication whatsoever. I turned down another job for the promise of a better wage only for Anderlin to show a complete lack of professionalism by failing to follow through on their promise of employment. This is a highly unprofessional move and should not be tolerated in today's job market.

I own D&M Contracting our of Sherwood Park and we recently switched to Anderlin for all of our electrical work. They have very fair prices, great communication, and always on time. We are very picky with our sub-trades because they represent us when they are in our clients home, but Kat and her team have proven consistently that they will do great work on time and on budget while always being polite, and treating any home they're in as if it's their own.We highly recommend Anderlin for any type of electrical work.
