Scam artists with very unprofessional service. A bunch of conspiracy theorists who pay people to write their 5 star reviews. I would save the trouble of contacting this company unless you want to be told why you shouldn’t wear a mask by the employees.

All those 5 star reviews has nothing to do with the actual product-housing.Bought a house in their development in Brampton and right away put on sale, reasons- poor build quality, dirty-dusty subdivision, they take 130 per month road fee, for what.....garbage is still not being picked up, streets not cleaned. Very poorly managed site. Builder cutting corners everywhere.

Chris Sky's professionalism and strong character are enough alone for me to give him a great raving review.For the rest that are negatively reviewing him without actually having any dealings with him those people are defaming a business and will all have legal action taken against them if they do not remove the postsDefamming a person or business, without contracting that business is a serious offense and I look forward to donating to a go fund me page for legal action against all the defamers.

Bought a house off them in Woodbridge, when they released the “Napa valley” area. They were wonderful to deal with, great service and excellent workmanship. I would definitely recommend as a home builder!
