Charged my credit card twice ,2 day after used parking at 1177 w hasting st, vancouver. I called to get refund , they sent refund request form to fill and attach original receipt and mail it to their office on my own expense. Now the refund process will take 30 to 40 business days.Don't recommend .

DO NOT PARK HERE - Misleading Signs and Prices - They state 3.25 per 30 mins. When I went to pay, they charged a 24% surcharge on top of my parking. DO NOT PARK HERE.

SCAMMERS!!! Do NOT use this garage. I parked here when staying in Canada. I had no signal, went to check into the hotel and get wifi, and paid for parking. They STILL gave me a $50 ticket within the 10 mins of checking into the hotel. When I tried to dispute the ticket, they took 2 weeks to respond, and never picked up the phone when I called. I tried to pay the ticket within the week period after my dispute, and when I went onto the website, they said I was overdue and are making me pay $175. Greedy, slimey people- taking advantage of a student visiting their country- absolutely disgusting.

Labyrinthine maze! It’s unclear where to enter and exit the lot from, as it has many entrances and is connected to the multiple hotels.
