Great location. Lots of parks and connected to Toronto path. Great for bikes etc. Very safe area

Irresponsible security check. They will buzz you in but not open the garage door for you. If you try to call them while being outside the gate. No one picks up. Very unprofessional.

I have worked here as a security guard. The board members and the property manager Bill are extremely nice and caring towards all residents and the staff. I wish every one at palace health and happiness.
