J'aimerais partager mon expérience incroyable avec Xavier, l'employé de Bell à Promenade St-Bruno. J'ai eu des problèmes avec mon téléphone mobile et j'ai décidé de me rendre au magasin Bell pour obtenir de l'aide. Dès que je suis entré dans le magasin, Xavier m'a accueilli chaleureusement avec un sourire amical.Xavier s'est montré extrêmement compétent et professionnel. Il a écouté attentivement mes problèmes et a pris le temps de les comprendre en posant des questions détaillées. Il a ensuite pris des mesures immédiates pour résoudre les problèmes avec mon téléphone. Il a utilisé ses compétences techniques pour diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes rapidement et efficacement. Son expertise et son professionnalisme étaient évidents à chaque étape du processus.En plus de son expertise technique, Xavier a fait preuve d'une excellente attitude de service à la clientèle. Il était patient, courtois et attentionné tout au long de l'interaction. Il m'a expliqué clairement les étapes qu'il prenait pour résoudre les problèmes de mon téléphone et il a répondu à toutes mes questions avec patience et compréhension. Je me suis senti valorisé en tant que client et j'ai été impressionné par son niveau de service exceptionnel.En fin de compte, grâce à l'excellent travail de Xavier, mon téléphone a été réparé et fonctionne à nouveau parfaitement. Je suis extrêmement reconnaissant envers Xavier pour son travail exceptionnel et son engagement envers la satisfaction du client. The staffs here were definitely just fine, however the system and culture with Bell has not changed (improved) at all over the last decade... I recently switched to Bell wireless and everything was done over the phone, coming here simply to pickup sim cards (as suggested). Ended up spending two hours in the store and still didn't activate both lines in the end. It was very disappointing. The system and internal culture seems just very disorganized and confusing to their own staffs... Again the staffs in the store were just fine. They need proper system to work with and tech/customer support to back them up when things aren't working. I'm using their neighbor with my internet and everything with that company has been absolutely amazing... Not even hiccups. Bell probably just don't care. They have good infrastructure and sales/marketing, but seems everything in between in their organization is completely missing.

Well just ask the people who had accounts with this company.
