I've been debating on writing this review for a few weeks as I am not someone who likes to tear down other businesses. However, when I thought about other small businesses giving their money to this company during a pandemic in hopes of either improving their marketing or taking work off their plate, I felt compelled.Unfortunately while my account manager was lovely the company is influencer first, clients second. You are expected to follow up constantly to ensure the work that is spelled out in your signed contract is being completed. In speaking with the owner about unfinished work I received a bullet point list of how it is my responsibility to ensure work is completed and even went so far to say I was the bottleneck. Turns out the account rep was never provided a copy of the signed contract so she knew what she was to be delivering. She claims the work is never communicated to her or the account rep but it was in the contract. 0 accountability taken on behalf of the owner for the shortcomings of the business and you can see from her reply below that she continues to not take accountability for poor service. Half the time emails go unanswered or delayed and I never received my invoices on time in 4 months.The owner also feels it is acceptable to travel first class during a pandemic for non-essential purposes (a home renovation) during a stay-at-home order and post all about it on her instagram while her small business clients are doing everything they can to keep their businesses afloat. For someone who's job it is to market and create a brand this was pretty tone deaf and entitled.As a business working toward ethical operations in all ways, I couldn't continue on giving my money to a company with such moral shortcomings in addition to having to micro-manage work. And yes this is our second marketing company this year. I don't have ridiculous expectations, I just expect the work I pay for to be completed in a timely fashion and be reasonably free of errors. I had an excellent working relationship with my account rep, just not the owner. So your attempt to shame me as a high maintenance person doesn't land. Just do the work and take this as a learning opportunity to do better and treat your clients with the respect they deserve.Don't waste your money and add unnecessary drama to your life and go elsewhere.

I have been working with Bonne Media for about 6 months now and I am officially a BELIEVER!! I had really lost steam on my Instagram account and really wasn't enjoying posting on my feed anymore, so having Natalie help me plan and post everything has literally been lifesaving. I now only just have to show up in stories personally, and respond to comments and messages! The best!!
