BEWARE!!!Although I have no complaints about the hardwood, or the experience while buying the hardwood, my warning to anyone reading this review is exclusively about the installation of the hardwood and their after-install customer service.When the hardwood was installed for the upstairs in my home, there were several areas throughout that started to buckle" about 1 week after the installation. The overall work was also quite sloppy with lots of cracked boards from a rushed job. It was determined that the installers missed with their nail gun in several spots failing to secure the hardwood to the subfloor properly thus causing the buckling. The installation came with a 1 year warranty according to the agreement and paperwork that I was given. It became apparent very quickly that their warranty is completely worthless as they will fight ferociously to avoid having to fix their mistakes. They demanded that if we wanted them to fix their mistakes I needed to purchase more boxes of hardwood. On top of that we never received calls or visits from a supervisor as promised

Unlike some other company who only cares for huge projects, The Flooring Centre is a company you can trust, they genuinely look after each client's needs.

Abi was very knowledgeable and helpful in our decision. He helped us with understand products and materials. The work was scheduled within 5 days and completed over 2 days. Installers were one time and did a great. Cost was upwards of 30% less than other quotes for same work. I would recommend Hardwood Design Centre.

Went there to buy flooring for my property and was pleasantly treated. Prices were reasonable and the gentleman helping us was informative and welcoming. Unfortunately we couldn’t buy it from there because the warehouse was closed and had to wait for a day before picking up.

First of special thanks to Gobindjit for the interest he took in our requirements and his advice was spot on . Hardwood design center is great place and one stop shop to chose and install the hardwood flooring. My in shop experience as well as one with the installers was really great and satisfying. 5 star for personal dealing ( thanks Gobindjit ) , their professionalism Nominal pricing , refund on surplus and conduct of installation people. Will go again .

Simran was extremely knowledgeable about every product in the showroom. He helped me pick out the best product and colour based on what would work best for my situation. He was in touch and available constantly throughout the whole installation process and ensured everything went smoothly as possible.
