Homebridge in Barrie have a great team. When we moved in to our new townhouse, I received a call from Darlene, the most pleasant phone voice I have heard! She welcomed us to Homebridge and gave us the maintenance plans that had available. We did purchase a plan which pays for its self with the spring and fall HVAC system tuneup. Plus we got an extended warrant much above the manufactures warranty.Andy our service technician, is a very pleasant person who explains each step that he is doing in the maintenance program. Not only is he very knowledgeable, but he is very respectful of our place and does a great job! He is welcome here anytime!Scheduling for the maintenance service is easy.We had to change our scheduled times a couple of times and there was no problem? We called Darlene and she was very helpful in re scheduling.I would highly recommend Homebridge Barrie to anyone needing HVAC service. They are a great company!

He gave a description of the work that was done and sent it to my email. Darlene, the lady that calls us to book the appointments is also a very friendly and helpful person. Homebridge have just completed the installation of a new furnace to replace an existing one. Absolutely first class service, their engineers Zach and Ryan, were true professionals and managed to complete the work without me removing some drywall which I expected to have to do. Their ingenuity in solving this issue was amazing. Absolutely 5 star service from these gentlemen, and a great testimony to the company.Also Eddie their service engineer who performed a thorough inspection of the old system and discovered a potential serious issue was exceptional and took time to explain all aspects of the inspection.

We would like to thank HomeBridge Canada for the great service our mother (83 yrs old) received recently. Mike was great and took his time explaining the different option for furnaces to our mother and to us. Then, David and Cody were very professional during the installation, they even replaced a 9-volt battery in a smoke detector. We would highly recommend HomeBridge Canada to anyone. The heat pump works really well. The installers David and Zac did a wonderful job. Kept area clean. They explained the operation and went thru step by step on the digital thermostat. The sales people were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and stayed in touch with us throughout the install and even a couple weeks after. I would recommend HomeBridge without hesitation and the Daikin products.

I just had my country property converted from oil heating to propane, and entrusted the work to HomeBridge Canada. Benno's product recommendation, and proper work, to size the furnace was excellent. Then came the installers (Steve and Daryl). Two professional and very hardworking guys, with utter care about the customer. They worked very late into the night, to make sure my family and I had what we needed. Then Steve came back for some follow up work, and he was great enough to show up very early, so my work schedule wasn't affected. The work was done proper, no short cuts, very clean and tidy, and the whole time Steve and Daryl were courteous, with a great sense of humor and amazing work ethic. I'd personally highly recommend HomeBridge to my family and friends.
