Good service. Seem to be honest about work. But not inexpensive - $50 per tire change to snow tires. Would use again.

Service was impeccable, it's hard these days to find a service garage that won't take advantage of women or unknowledgeable people. These guys went above and beyond and I didn't have to step in. Service was quick and economical and totally worth the drive to Cobble Hill from Sidney!Thank you all!

Scammed me on the brakes, went to island ford after 3 years of replacing my brakes yearly. These guys did NOT do my brakes properly at all, hence why I had to get them done so often. I was recommended not to return to them, and this was not my first negative experience. Horrible service and I feel I was taken advantage of as a young single woman, I have numerous girl friends that have had similar experiences to this as well. If you’re a lady who doesn’t know much about cars do not go here.

Super speedy service, they always get us in right away, and they really care. They don't take advantage, everything is very reasonably priced, and they are very sincere about what needs to get done. Also previously, I tried to go in to another oil change place for a simple headlight replacement, and they said it was very complicated and would take 45 minutes. Then I went here and they did it in maybe 15, no problem. Very happy with these guys and highly recommend them!

Highly recommend using Ian Tait’s garage and crew, speedy, courteous, efficient and extremely reasonable on costs and repairs.Went here for a Provincial Inspection and needed some work doing but had to wait for a part from the US. When I took it back to have the new part installed it was done at no cost as the inspection had already been paid for; how many other garages would do that, you would at least get billed for the mechanics time back under the hood to install the new part, but not here. Done in an hour, paperwork and sticker attached, now that’s real service...Will be taking my vehicles back here every time for service and repair.Excellent communication and service from Garrett and Ian, thank you gentlemen.
