Such wonderful customer service. Friendly, comucation easy helpfully understanding .. Emma was just amazing and patient with me to understand what was going g wrong with my cell and chris as equally great Friendly and helpfull . This store is great to help with issues

WOW. What a place. The two assistants were both rude, self righteous and condescending, totally deaf to any complaint or query.Literally all she said was, we sell her and nothing else. Call customer service. Hopefully Bell takes the initiative and closes this store and makes it a online process only. Which I did and got sorted almost immediately

Lots of changes made for us. In store employees did awesome. So appreciative.

Great during sale but if you come back with a problem it's a different story. I dropped my Samsung 22$ Ultra and damaged the screen. No problem since The smiling salesman sold me a $21 /mo insurance policy. I returned to Bell to make a claim but no more smiling faces. Instead I was handed a post it note with a web address on it and I was on my own. After jumping through all the hoops of dealing with an insurance claim online I found out the small service charge" described by the Bell rep was $400. Coincidentally about the same price as replacing the screen locally. The insurance company sent a refurbished replacement so I had to transfer my info and erase and return my old phone. Now I own someone else's phone l know nothing about. I requested to be let out of my contract and return this phone but they wanted my first born child to do it. They did let me cancel the insurance. That is my experience with Bell after sale service."

Ty Mills provided amazing service today! He was knowledgeable and answered all of my concerns. This was the best experience I’ve had at a Bell store and I will be highly recommending this store to my colleagues and friends.

Ty went above and beyond for me on Friday! The customer service I received was incredible and will always be coming to this store for any BELL services needed. The other store employees were also very helpful,friendly, and knowledgeable. Thanks to Ty and Kirsty again for all your help!
