I wish I could give this shop a great review but I cannot because of Wayne at the Hamilton Location. Not only have I been given multiple competition dates as too when my repairs will be finished which have since come and gone. We are at 10 weeks and counting to have my vehicle back, they stopped returning my calls, won't contact my insurance provider to communicate about my rental or specifics of my claim.I`m a reasonable person, its the covid-19 pandemic and things are without a doubt behind schedule, however things like customer service, appreciation, satisfaction and above all communication are still important if you want to have return customers.After calling another location just to complain that the Manager of the Hamilton shop (Wayne) won't return my calls or contact my insurance provider I decided to take a trip down to the the shop.Boy was that a bad idea, the worst interaction imaginable. Not only was I threatened physically by Wayne, Saying If I worked at Boston Pizza

If you have a accident near Hamilton do not take your vehicle to 3D Collision. This is one of the worst places that I have ever taken my car to. I was involved in a accident on highway 6 south of 5 and this is the place where they towed my vehicle. Waited 2 months for the return of my vehicle.

I loved that they kept me informed the whole way through. They really took care of my dodge callenger. I feel like they went above and beyond to service my car!! Car looks amazing now & it rides even better tbh! When ever there was a change or I had a question they were always there to answer. So quick in responsing to any inquiries and they do a perfect job, highly recommend!

Wish they had a 0 to rate this place. My car got a 10 minute tow by their buddies Actiom towing. These people tried to RIP ! off my insurance . Your insurance will not pay their outrageously expensive bills, and they will hold your car for months and refuse to release it . I repeatedly called Jessie day after day, who told me lies about the information being already sent over to my insurance company. These people are CROOKS!! They dont think about the disruption to to you or your family as long as they can get $ out of you insurance company. I dont know how you guys look yourself in the mirror while doing these things to customers" PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!it"

SCAMMERS... TOW GUYS MAKE MONEY OFF REFERRING YOU TO THIS SHOP. THEY HOLD YOUR VEHICLE FOR MONTHS SO THEY CAN MAXIMIZE THE RENTAL MONEY THEY GET....

Had to go back two times to fix their problem that they caused on my new car which they already charged the insurance for and yet they were still unable to perform. Very sadNever ever recommending this place to anyone

Paint my challenger not even four months later bubbles coming threw the paint job went seen them took pics of it now they dont even call me back and really the worse paint job ever white paint all over my black mouldings and scratches all over my car too would never go back and never take your car they

351 Main St East #BHamilton, ON CanadaL8N 1J4They don't stand behind the work a month later my bumper fall off and they try and tell me I hit something and I know I didn't. Where they put the screw in the hole is still in tacked. so I feel they but the screw in and they forgot the nut and the screw fell out and when i was on the hwy half my bumper blew off. When i called them they told me they only stand behind there paint job not there workmanship. Do not let the tow tow truck driver to take there because they get a cut from them. they took for ever for me to get my car back.

Took way too long repairing my car. Kept giving me different pick up dates which kept being delayed by weeks. My sensors came back with errors. And I received a parking ticket while my car was with them that they refused to pay for.
