I went to the Sephora at Carrefour Laval and the experience was really bad at the cash. The person was really rude and was really impatient as I was trying to log into my sephora account. Nobody was waiting to pay, so I didn't really understand why she was being impatient. I asked about the Dior perfume set as the birthday gift and she told me that they ran out of stock and I said that I was going to wait. She, again, told me rudely, that they were out of stock in every Sephora and that I shouldn't expect getting it this year as they were not going to get them anymore. This is completely false as I went today in another store and they had it and I was able to get the Dior set as a birthday gift. I won't go to the carrefour Laval store anymore because of this bad experience at the cash. However, I must admit that there was a nice beauty advisor that helped me but because of the cashier, I won't be going there anymore. For the price that we spent on these beauty product, I wasn't expecting to be treated that poorly.

I recently had a wonderful experience at Sephora, thanks to Roua. She provided exceptional customer service and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. Roua took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, and she expertly guided me in selecting the perfect makeup products.

The girl that was posted on the make up station in the entrance was rude. We asked her about a product that was missing from the racks and instead of letting us know it was out of stock she arrogantly told us: It's there in the back." Please keep your rachet attitude for the streets. You get paid to aid customers adequately. We were very polite and respectful. If you're having a bad day stay at home instead of taking it out on others. Or change jobs if you can't handle the work. Worse customer service. Never going back!!!!"

When I walked in I was not greeted and most employees in the makeup section were huddled up together talking. Thank you to Jada who made the whole experience so nice. Very sweet and patient, she took into consideration my concerns and I came out with products that I love and will definitely buy again!

I went today with in mind to get an item and ended up getting a full face work of products! Rayan with curly hair helped me, suggested a lot of good foundations and stayed almost an hour with me. Zakary at the cash was super sweet too. I will be back I highly recommend this store.

I went to Sephora carrefour laval on friday may 5th to apply lashes. My appointement was at 3pm. By 10pm that same night the lashes started coming off. It's the first time that this has happened to me, i've had lash application numerous times before My problem is the response of the assistant manager the next day when i called. I explained to her the situation and told her i had a wedding to attend to and i needed to come the earliest possible just for someone to stick them back on. This would litteraly take 5min. She was so unprofessional and clearly did not want to help. She kept repeating that they are fully booked (over 6 times). It was clear that this store didn't care about loosing customers, as they are always full. Instead of telling me to come whenever i can and that they would try to accommodate me, she gave me a specific time which obviously i couldn't make it to be there. Really disappointing!!

Marie-Anne is the best one in the store, she helped match my shade the rare beauty tinted moisturizer i bought match my tone on a perfect level and she helped me also with couple of questions find the perfect perfume. Really patient and smiley and close to the heart i am always going to see her whenever i visit this location

Being a VIB, I've always purchased at Sephora Carrefour Laval for 10 years now. However today, a girl (don't know if it was a supervisor) was very rude to me. They need to be trained on how to talk to clients. I left all the stuffs i was going to purchase and left the store without purchasing anything.
