Probably the worst pizza I have ever ordered. It was 5$ mandatory delivery charge and ask the driver about it he said he gets $1 of the 5$...that’s wrong.The pizza took 1hr 45mins to be delivered 10 mins away. The pizza including the delivery charge, taxes and extra tip was 30$ for a medium pepperoni. The pizza was cold, raw and dough was white! I filled in the online survey asking for someone to contact me as I feel a refund is required. I’d give 0 stars but I can’t, who ever owns this branch in Royal Oak should be ashamed that they run a business so poorly. Worst pizza I Victoria. Don’t waste your money!!

Terrible food quality and service. Pizzas arrived with the wrong toppings and burnt. When we called the store multiple times, there were no answers. We got dropped to the call center which they would just transfer us back to the store, again.. with no answer. We won't be wasting our money going to this store again.

This pizza hut offers the worst customer service available, they have on numerous occasions gotten my order wrong showed up with incomplete order not enough change to even break a 20 and tonight my order was put together an I get a call at 8:46 asking to confirm my address which was placed online so it was already on screen then a few minutes later another call saying our driver can't deliver your order... delivery should be from when you open till at least 30m before closing the kitchen won't be getting my business until they gain better service that's for sure.

Horrible. They switched to a call centre. Ordered at 5:45 told 40-45 minutes for delivery. Called back at 7:00 told they hadn’t even started our order as they were waiting for a driver. Showed up at 7:30and was almost all burnt. Called back and all they offered was a credit on the cookie. Will never order from Pizza Hut again. I wish there was an option for negative stars

why do you guys close your online orders an hour before you close the store, SO annoying, not everyone is ableto pick up. i love pizza hut but this location sucks

I ordered my food for pickup through skipthedishes and after driving all the out to it they call and inform me right before my pickup time that they don't have what I ordered. After trying to get my refund figured out I was told they'd issue me a refund and they never did. Severely disappointed.

Placed an order online at 11 for a 1200-1215 drop off time. It arrived 40 minutes late and the order was burnt. Astounding that someone would let an order like this out of there kitchen. Pizza Hut West Saanich you've just lost a customer.

I ordered pizza online for delivery at 5:30 as we were having people over and it seemed like a good idea. However 5:30 came and went, so did 5:45, after numerous calls into customer service and being transferred to the store, the store kept hanging up on me, or just didn't bother answering. Not a great experience and wont do business with them ever again. The phone number you can call just goes to a call center that cant help you at all. What a joke...

This store is unbelievable. They delivered the wrong order. I called 6 times and waited on hold for more than 30 mins because they kept not answering and the system would eventually just terminate. Beware! If there is a problem with your order no one will help or even answer the damm phone! This location is awful.
