I had a very good experience at this place. I called them and got my appointment the following day. On the day of my appointment I had my mechanical inspection done in a reasonable amount of time.

Horrible, discriminatory, disrespectful and incredibly rude service". My partner arrived a few minutes late to his appointment and there was only one technician on site who said that he could "do nothing" because it takes "exactly" one hour to do a mechanic inspection

Worse place I have ever been in my life. Rude, expensive, fail your inspection for no reason.The girl at the reception was so rude, I went there last year for car inspection, it was not a good experience so I thought may be it is just a bad day. I went last week and was not happy with their service, receptionist was making fun out of me, was laughing unnecessarily, very unprofessional behavior. I was told the inspection was failed due to some issue in my exhaust. The reception told me that I have only 48 hours to fix my car and come back for recheck on Friday but they are closed for Saturday and Sunday so even I fix my car and go back on Monday it will be out of 48 hours. She was trying to explain her but she was really rude, she said good luck. It doesn’t make any sense, I paid $140 but she did not provide my any good answers or tried to assist me. The only skill you need to be a receptionist is just be nice with customers, take payment, assist with their question since your salary is being paid by the customers. Any way I went to some other garages but all of them told me that my exhaust has no issue. Such a waste of time and money. I decided to go to brossard Lexus place, they charge me only $90, after rechecking passed the inspection since my car inspection is in a good condition.I highly recommend please people find other place where you will be treated well and change less but give you good service.

I came here to get the SAAQ mechanical inspection done for my car done. Went fairly smoothly. Our mechanic, Ian, went out of his way to help us fix the issues in our car. We had an amazing experience here!!!

From the moment I arrived, I felt unwelcome and unappreciated as a customer.As someone who has frequented your garage in the past, I must say that I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and poor customer service I received on this occasion. I had hoped for a better experience, but instead, I was left feeling frustrated and undervalued.I urge you to take this feedback seriously and take appropriate steps to ensure that this kind of experience does not happen to any other customers in the future. I never leave bad reviews. I think this is one of my first.**Avoid this place for your Quebec auto inspection**. Take your money elsewhere, even if it's out of the way.I'm from out of province having recently moved here and was a one of the most confusing and unhelpful experiences trying to get my car inspected with an appointment made and showing up on time (shoutout specifically to the washed-out looking, middle-aged woman receptionist with black hair and glasses who has the charisma of an eel in a wig). Judging by these reviews, I'm not the first and only one to have these thoughts.If you're on the fence, new to Canada, or from out of province, don't give them the time of day. The five/four stars are probably from their friends or relatives or people who don't know any better.
