Visited on 26 November to check black friday deals. However both girls were unwelcoming and had condescending attitude. Also not the first time; had similar experience last year as well. May be they don't know how to train professionally or these are just kids on site.

Worst customer service ever. Walked in today at the Bayshore Aldo around 7:30 with the precise goal of purchasing the ''Tomar'' loafers for my husband and ''Nabila'' shoes for myself for a wedding. Walked in and the two staff members litterally saw us, avoided eye contact and didn't even bother to say hi. All of that while staying behind the cash register. Turned off by the lack of greeting, my husband and I proceeded to try and find the shoes ourselves. We were able to find the ''Tomar'' shoes but not the ''Nabila'' ones. My husband proceeded to try and ask for his shoe size to one of the two girls there and the attitude received was it for us. They somehow had no size at all for the model he wanted. No 10, no 10.5, no 11. They somehow just had the demo..Just asking about that was as if we were bothering them. Not our first negative experience with this Aldo and with Aldo in general and it will for sure be our last. We took our money to Steve Madden across instead. Do better !

I went to aldo at Bayshore yesterday and I will never go back. I have loved aldo since I was a little girl, but my experience with the 2 staff members that were there last night was horrible. I felt very uncomfortable, and not welcome. Everything I would ask for sometime, it was either not there, or out of stock, or they didn't have my size. In the whole store, there isn't a size 8?? Please! A place like Aldo needs vibrant and welcoming people, to make the customers feel happy and comfortable. It's such a shame.

after making my last review i stand corrected. the 2 young ladies working one named Stacey and the other one I'm not sure of her name, but she was middle eastern. were phenomenal. i showed up pretty late due to traffic, probably 12 minutes to close and they assured me to take my time with no rush, they were very patient and very sweet. Stacey helped me find what I was looking for and went above and beyond. she helped me pick out something that i was looking for but in a different style. I found something that i liked and matched with my girlfriends dress but wanted her opinion on it but she was working till 8 in the mall and aldo closes at 8, the 2 young ladies were kind enough to wait for my girlfriend to finish work before closing the store. thank you guys soooo much and i hope u guys see this review. you guys were wonderful, all stores need people like you guys. you guys deserve recognition for such a high level of customer service and deserve raises. thanks again you guys!!! if i could put 10 stars i would!

Store manager is just straight up rude for absolutely no reason. All the reviews ab wanting to return an item is true. The store manager himself rolled his eyes at me and gave an attitude when I needed help, I went to Roosevelt Field Mall however and the people who work there are always so much sweeter than the ones here at bayshore. That store manager needs a reality check , I was at other stores neighboring Aldo at the mall and even they agreed that the store manager was rude and that’s why they don’t go in there. The irony of people working in customer service jobs then hating it because they have to assist a customer is comical.There’s only one person at bayshore who I can say was really good and patient and her name was Roziah, she was a DOLL!! and the email ‘onlinereviews@aldogroup’ don’t care either so safe to say I’m never stepping foot into that store or any aldo again.

Sara is an absolute sweet heart and deserves to be promoted for her amazing customer service skills and friendliness towards others & customers. She truly is a kind person and employee.However, the manager at this store (name is Ghawna) is not some that should be a manager. Not only is she unfriendly, she is rude and made me feel very uncomfortable as a customer. She is on some type of power trip and needs to learn to be a little nicer towards others. As a manager of a store you are suppose to be an example for your team and try to provide positive experiences for customers. Try to smile once in a while. I’ve always shopped at this store and had great experiences with the employees working at this location. I’ve never had a bad experience until now. I’m not sure I will be back to shop at this location as I don’t want to interact with Ghawna again.I rarely ever write a bad reviews as I’m not one to complain and my experience has to have been really bad in order for me to spend the time to write/file a complaint.

bought a bag from this place and the employees are really humble and welcoming, the store ran out bags for the hand bags and the employee went out of their way to grab a bag from somewhere else, they were taking good care of social distance them selves and making sure the customers do that too. 10/10 would recommend

Ordered two pairs of shoes online. Bayshore staff was very friendly

Nuran is such a great employee she was helping my daughter out so much. She had such positive energy and would say all the shoes looked great on me. She helped me chose matching rings to the earring set I got. I even bought the matching purse to my boots. She was very fast with getting shoe sizes. She was very patient with my sister in law who was deaf and gave her socks and was very polite to her. Nuran made my daughters birthday shopping experience great and she felt like she connected to her. My daughter said it was the first time she felt like she wasn't being rushed trying on shoes because Nuran was very patient and has a great attitude.

Awful customer service. Completely dismissive of their customers, was not even greeted back when I said hello. I was waiting to pay with no one else in line but they were busy counting cash on the counter to care that I had been there for a while. Did not even look up or tell me that they needed a minute. Left the store and went across the hall to Steve Madden instead. Might as well save yourself the time and head straight to Steve Madden!Visited on 26 November to check black friday deals.
