Purolator

Most incompetent desk person. Came at wednesday 6:00pm after being told by purolator employees on the phone that my package would be ready for pickup at ville-st-pierre, I even had the tracking say it was at ville-st-pierre only for the lazy employee to tell me its not there despite the app and purolator staff telling me otherwise. Save yourself the trouble and avoid using this terrible company for shipping. And to the oversized desk lady I hope your week goes as terrible as your diet.

1. Purolator claimed they tried twice the delivery: They did not. I work from home and nobody rang the bell and they never left the notice.2. Tracking number does not work.3. Customer service answered after 45 min, and all support I received: you need to sort it out with the shipper"4. It is expensive 112$ from Toronto by truck for 6 kg

I actually don't have bad things to say about Purolator itself, but their location is kind of inconvenient in winter when you miss the delivery. There are no sidewalks and just tons of traffic. The 116 bus comes rarely, which pretty much consumes 2 hours to make the back and forth.

Worst delivery experience ever. It’s so frustrating to deal with these people.Just avoid them at all costs!I ordered an e-bike from BestBuy 21 days ago and still do not have the bike that was in stock in Canada.As of 12 days ago item is sitting in this warehouse.9 days ago they changed the status to needs appointment but no one called me for an appointment.Since then I contacted them 4 times for an appointment. We set an appointment for Wednesday this week but they didn’t come in and they claim they brought it a day before! No one called or showed up.Multiple follow ups and they tell me they cannot set a date for delivery.And they don’t know when this can be delivered!!!They say driver may come but he will not call.Just avoid these people we don’t deserve this.

Absolutely terrible experience! The delivery driver indicated « attempted delivery » without even calling me on my intercom system in the lobby, and he didn’t leave a paper saying where I can pick up my package.I had to wait on hold to speak to customer service for 45 min for them to tell me it may or may not be at this location but no timeline can be given.For a logistics company, this is extremely concerning and frustrating.I would avoid using.

Would rate Zero, or even negative stars if possible! Received a shipping notice to go pick up my parcel which was a Samsung Tablet. Only to be told that once I arrived, someone had already signed and left with it. I asked how could that be when it's mandatory to show I.D. when signing for the parcel? Very rude, and dismissive receptionist. Strong suspicion that a Purolator employee left with said parcel, because how could someone sign for, and show I.D., for a parcel without their name on it. Luckily, Samsung refunded the missing tablet and sent me a 2nd. AVOID PUROLATOR AT ALL COSTS!!! WORST SHIPPING, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED! Parcel stolen by those responsible for shipping it.

What a trash company, why don't you go bankrupt? A domestic courier can be delayed twice, why I have already received the US courier at the same time. Couriers already in Montreal can also be delayed.

Work from home all the time. They never came to deliver anything. Very disappointing and annoying when you pay for shipping and still you have to go all the way to this place to pick it up. Never again.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!! My friend ordered the new Zelda game for me and even paid for express shipping so I could receive it on my birthday and have a good time. Around 6pm, he tells me that they put “attempted delivery” when they did not pass at all!!! We were home all day!!! There was no attempt at all! And their location is in the middle of nowhere that is barely accessible by transit, let alone foot. It cost me 50$ of uber to go back and forth. Not only do their delivery workers not even bother attempting the delivery but they default it to a location that is complicated to get to! My friend wasted money on express shipping and I ended up having to pay for a game that was meant to be a gift. Awful company and management.
