KBM Commercial Floor Coverings

I've had the absolute pleasure of doing business with KBM for the last 7 years now. I've used their top notch carpet cleaning services (and referred my friends as well) and my carpets looked new again! I also had to purchase new carpet and went directly to KBM without looking elsewhere. The quality of their carpet and installation could not be beat. Thanks KBM! I will continue to refer your company.

To start, I would give 0 stars if possible.So there was a flood in my apartment building and KBM was hired to do the floors. 19 unit were affected by water damage and were having KBM replace floors. ALL UNITS have been redone a second time or offered a payout to keep the wrong flooring and wrong installation. My flooring was just about installed the 2nd time wrong till I MYSELF called the manufacturer to get a warrantee approved installation method. The owner, David, was supposed to get this for the 1st install, but didn't. Which this mistake costed over $10k. Let's see if they get it right the 2nd try, after I provided this proffessional" (sarcasm) company the right way. As well

My experinces over the years with KBM have been professional, accurate and of great quality. Jennifer Woodman, my regular sales consultant is amazing to deal with. I would reccommend KBM to anyone looking for flooring or tile services.

I needed a small quantity of a specialty baseboard and KBM had the breadth of products so I phoned. Matt answered and took the time to find the product and I came down to pick it up. Awesome service. I don’t do reviews as a rule but this was standout service.

I was looking for a couple replacement cork tiles for my place. David was extremely helpful in chasing the supplier for the right product and getting me some samples. I appreciate all the help and will certainly come back with any flooring needs I may have in the future.

We had to clean some floor tile in a commercial kitchen. It was covered in grease and grime. We weren’t very optimistic about it getting cleaned 100%. KBM proved us wrong. Excellent service from the office to the workers on site. Will for sure use them again.

The staff was friendly and very, very informative. Their show room has an impressive number of selections. The staff immediately understood our needs and provided a variety of practical solutions. I’m looking forward to do my flooring project with them for residential condo common property floor surfaces: carpet tile and Luxery Vynil tile.
