They are not responsible for their product. We bought boots and after two months there were torn. The problem was that they were not responsible to refund or change them and said some excuse for not returning them such as wide of the feet and so on. They did not do anything. waste of money on boots. Is it reasonable to buy boots and just wear them for two months? We paid for them and now we have to buy another pair just for their poor customer service in mountain warehouse!

I worked here for a bit the assistant manager and the employees are great. The manager on the other hand she isn't employee friendly she is all about business not employees. This is wrong way to do things especially when an employee shows up early every shift gives 110 percent to every customer and works on days off when called in. Not understanding employees have health issues and say you are to slow but the health issues slow you down. I don't recommend working for her she may fire you if you have health issues

I used to be a fan of mountain warehouse and can remember ordering from them at least 4 times in the last 12/18 months. On 28 April I ordered two items, one a val ski backpack 25l. Lovely pack and ordered with plenty of time to spare before my next trip. The second item is one of the silly little things one add on for free shipping, a flashlight. Today, on 8 May, 11 days after purchase only one item arrive. Not my backpack, only the flashlight. On contacting customer service I am first told it was delivered and then when I contact them again the pack was out of stock. No problem, send me a similar black pack and make sure its in time for my trip. Customer service try to send me the ugliest orangy cheap looking bag I have ever seen. This is not acceptable people. Back to amazon I go...

If what you are looking for is in the size XL or 2 XL don't bother going to the store, nice selection, no stock in the large sizes

They never fail. If you need a jacket(any season), they have it. Also, their footwear is great price and long lasting.

They asked me if they could markup the shirt I wanted to buy. Bizzare ask. Who would say yes to that. Then it rang up for less than the ticket price. I'm not sure what their ulterior motives are.

I love this store. Definately an excellent quality for best price. Im a tourist and I know what I'm taking about. And some goods I've tested already.

Today was my final day with the team from Mountain Warehouse!I was their Assistant Manager & I made sure to look after them & in return my team looked after me & the Company. Thank you to our incredible Manager Barbara!I wish all the best & I will enjoy coming in & seeing you all!

I went in today, Wednesday, May 11, 2022 around 1:30 pm to get replacement shoe laces under warranty for my winter boots that I purchased on November 11, 2021 and the employees were amazing, every single one of them. I highly recommend this store and it's staff.
