I am extremely happy with the service I received from Merlo’s Paint & Wallpaper recently…I highly recommend! They are friendly, knowledgeable and very professional! We just took on the task of stripping and staining our kitchen cupboards. I had a million questions before, and during the process. They were always very helpful and knowledgeable, they never once made be feel like I was asking a dumb question. I dealt with several of the staff members when preparing to start the project and every single one of them were wonderful! I am BEYOND happy with how our cupboards turned out…and honestly without their knowledge and guidance I’m sure it could have been a disaster! Thank you!!!

I came to merlos for custom stain match. The clerk asked for a 25$ deposit. I asked how much a quart would cost and she told me it would be approx. 45$ bc it took time to mix the stain 2-3 hours so I agreed. About 15 min. Later I got a call advising me the stain would never be exactly like the flooring. I said do the best you can. Half hour later I was called again that my stain was ready. When I got there, they charged me 67 $ for a pint of stain. They would not keep the quoted price of 45$.It was very un professional. Never shop there again.

The best and most helpful staff when it comes to paint these people know what they're talking about got everything I needed in one place and it didn't cost an arm and a leg, plus if you're a cat lover there's 2 super friendly cats in the shop and an area for your kids to play while you make your color decisions. Will be back again once the next renovation is complete!
